I can't speak highly enough of my experience with Uptown Air Conditioning. Kristen visited our home - incredibly helpful and professional, and he went out of his way to ensure we received the best service possible. Above and beyond service and super knowledgeable.

Uptown Air Conditioning does more than air conditioning -- furnace installation, repair, and inspection, heat pump installations, etc. And the owner Kristen at Uptown has saved me a lot of money and prevented unnecessary disruption.Kristen gave me excellent and very timely advice on an old but still-working-perfectly furnace. Another company X" whom I'd asked to do a routine service on it had told me the old furnace was dangerous and needed to be replaced immediately (which that company would happily do at great cost). I've used Kristen and his team for multiple repairs to our furnace over the past couple of years. On both occasions Kristen has gone out of his way to get a team member over to our house in a timely manner to fix the issues so we weren't without heat for an extended period of time. Very professional workers that were clean, tidy and respectful. Couldn't ask for a better service. Would highly recommend for any HVAC services.

Excellent, dependable, friendly, trustworthy, and honest service. I wouldn't even consider calling anyone else! They installed the AC unit within our IT server datacenter over 5 years ago, and have maintained it at tip-top level ever since, ensuring that our professional critical equipment is kept at a low temperature, 24-hours a day. At any glimpse of an issue with the unit, we would call and they would be there, same day, within hours or less. I highly recommend Uptown Air Conditioning. The owner and his employees were great to deal with. They listen to what I wanted in my home. Their workmanship was great. They were fast and cleaned up after themselves. The owner was quick to answer my questions in a professional manner and provided me with the documentation to get a rebate from BC Hydro. The owner saw myself and a few of my co-workers out for lunch a proceeded to buy us all treats, which I thought was very nice and thoughtful.I personal know of 3 other people that has used this company and they all also highly recommend this company. I recommend this company to my friends and co-worker all the time.I did some shopping around, and this company was the cheapest by far. No other company could touch their price for the same product.This company, in my option has a great quality workmanship, great ethics, and best bang for its buck.Thank you Uptown Air Conditioning for your awesome work. Kristen and company installed a heat pump into our 10 yr old home. From first contact they were great. Work was completed ahead of schedule!We quoted 3 other companies, Uptown had them all beat (even the two that snuck government rebates into their quotes).I would definitely recommend Uptown AC to anyone.

Poor business practices, expensive services and rude and unprofessional staff.

Shout out to Kristen, Matt, and Adrian for their outstanding work and customer service. I was very comfortable having them in my home as they were polite, as quiet as one can be running a drill, and very cheerful.Not only do I now have air conditioning, but I can't hear my neighbours kids anymore and that alone is worth the money spent.Thank you again!
