He helped me to pick the right car and aided me with all needs. His assistance was the best. He acknowledged me with everything I needed to know in a well simple manner and so I didn’t had any trouble. Felt like talking to a friend. I recently bought my first car at BAM! it's a 4dr 2015 Kia Rio HB and I couldn't be happier with the vehicle and the experience I had with the team! a huge shoutout to Jas (Jaskaran) , who spent hours going over every detail of car with me, answering all my questions, testing driving, demonstrating all the car functions. Jas was great to deal with, he went above and beyond in making sure any previous issues with the car was fixed and taken care of, before my purchase.Buying your first car, especially used, can make anyone nervous but with Jas, he really helped put my mind at ease with the process and buying at BAM was even better with their personal coverage of the vehicle for the first month after purchase.Honestly a great experience! I bought a limited-edition Hyundai Sonata from Brampton Auto Mart last march. This was exactly what I wanted in a car for a reasonable price. There were minor body issues in which the company offered to repair and explained that it would be done with the utmost of care. When I drove it off the lot it looked and seemed to drive like new. Unfortunately, the very next day the car already stalled in the middle of the road due to a malfunctioning fuel pump module. The salespeople were kind and immediately told me to bring it in to have it replaced. Since then, there have continued to be issue after issue with the car including having to replace the battery, install new routers and brakes, replace the parking brake, replace the muffler, deal with a mechanical issue with the sunroof and now the body work they did to repair the exterior is already rusting. Not to mention, the car had a working back up camera on the lot, but it no longer worked days after getting the car. I have reached out many times, been to Brampton many times, and they had my car in the shop for nearly 15 days, but it is clear the mechanics are not being thorough, and I am from Hamilton, so it is extremely inconvenient to be expected to drive all that way there for them to fix a new problem every month. It would have been nice if they had taken the time and actually done an entire work up on the car (like they said they did) before selling it. Like others have said, it is a shame because the impression I got from the salespeople was so welcoming and trusting. They really made me feel like they had my best interest, and I would have loved to promote this company, however, because of the mechanics I would not recommend purchasing from here. I did not even want to leave a review like this, or at all, but because I am still finding issues I wanted to share my experience so other people can make a well-informed decision. I am not doubting there are great cars bought from this company but there is always that one car, and unfortunately I was the one that got it. Jose Mejia

Bought a used 330i with low km last year in Oct, looks and drives great. Got what I paid for honestly, car runs and drives great. They fixed all the things necessary for the car to be drivable, which is fantastic. I've had to do some work to the car afterwards to make it perfect, but if you're buying a used car you should expect it. At the end of the day they sell cars with good potential and that counts.

I just purchased a 2014 Honda Accord sport from Brampton Auto Mart and their service is absolutely fantastic. I dealt with Jas, one of their staff, and his professionalism and honesty was threw the roof, he helped me source parts that needed repair on the vehicle, checked up on me regularly and ensured my transition to this new vehicle was fast and convenient. When a problem arose he worked until it was solved and saved me the time and stressfulness it would have been if I went to another dealer. I recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a new/used vehicle. Anytime in the future I need a new vehicle, Brampton Auto Mart is the dealership for me. Bought my car from brampton auto mart. I live in NB, I talked to the sales rep (Mr. Jaskarans) who gave me an Honest opinion of the cars condition. The transaction went very smoothly, they took care of everything over the phone and email. My Boyfriend drove it from brampton to my home town. The car was exactly as described by the sales rep! I highly recommend this company. I would buy again.

I feel like I just stole a car from Brampton AutoMart! The price was unbelievable...Jas was a great salesperson....honest and reliable. Every call I made was returned almost immediately! Excellent service....only disappointment is they did not have second one (particular brand/make) I was looking for. 100% recommend...and I looked hard at so many dealers...and cars.
