Never seen such rude doctor, Very unpleasant experience.

Saw her at the Humber River. It was a quick interaction but I felt satisfied and happy with the advice she gave me for my ganglion cyst.

Missed my appointment and Evelyn the secretary rescheduled it for me which I was grateful for...I said l'll be there...she proceeded with are you sure? I said yes...and she asked a again are you sure...then i hung up....I showed up the day of ....all was fine. You can hear everyone's concerns or requests sitting in the rooms because the doors or walls are so thin. One guy wanted scar tissue removed another wanted work on her body... wow even if I didn't want to know why they were there I know.Surgeon checks on lady wanting work done to her body... all hello...how are you? Laughs and happy sounds. So I was thinking in my head she sounds friendly...yay!The surgeon comes in to my room and not a smile from her...i said I wish I was here for some cosmetic stuff...and giggled and she didn't even smirk. Maybe because I'm not some rich person getting my body done... anyway...not welcoming at all.

Unpleasant experience, very blank expressions, no smile,very unfriendly surgeon, brings student in just says I have student with me" not even asking if I was okay with it? I was feeling rushed for the appointment

I met Dr Platt in the emergency room at Humbert River hospital with a broken finger I also pointed out right off the bat my palm was bruised and that didn't seem like something associated with a broken finger was quickly splinted and sent off with a broken finger three weeks later when I returned to the hospital for my follow up appointment with my physical therapist I was unable to bend my finger and I asked about my bruised palm as she was not a doctor she had to mak an appointment for me to see Dr Platt again the following week upon seeing her she said something might be wrong with the tendent I ask would that be why my palm was bruised she said most likely. I had to wait another week for a ultra sound to show the tendet had indeed been severed and I needed surgery a surgery that for this type of injury is usually done with in a week of the injury now it's been over two months and after the surgery the receptionist Evelyn has been very rude, uncooperative, insulting and unaccommodating she made me wait a week for an EI form that was filled outthe day I sent it to the only competent Dr there

Sadly terrible experience with my breast reduction and healing process. Had to get it re done by another surgeon. I don’t recommend see Dr. Platt.

Had a breast augmentation by Dr.Platt. She's amazing, professional and very pleasant. My breasts look great and I'm healing great. I wasn't expecting to have such a smooth experience. She even called me the next day after to ask how I was.I highly recommend her.

Cannot even get a simple reply after a phone call and two emails regarding TBD. Whoever is handling your admin is not doing you or your potential clients any good.
