Unacceptable timelines for basic jobs with sky high pricing.This place made it difficult for me to spend my money and in the end I went elsewhere. When I was about to close on a quoted job the person who takes deposits wasn't in". This was after I waited 3 weeks for a design appointment and another week for finalization on it. Was quoted $6K+ for a custom built in dresser about the size of a bathroom vanity. The timeline for the job was 8 - 10 weeks. I had it quoted elsewhere for half the price (for the exact same thing) It was built and installed in under 2 weeks. Don't waste your time here."

When you employ a premier company with high pricing you expect the job done properly with excellent after sales customer service.Unfortunately they do not deliver. Pioneer installed the countertop with a bubble at the seam. We had to contact them twice over 5 months and then they told us it wasn't their problem as they contracted it out. The bubble is expanding and the counter will probably need to be replaced in under a year from installation.Extremely poor service.

My parents dealt with this “company” and was supposed to have been done in February but didn’t even start until April. After the job was done poorly, it was almost impossible to get them to come back and fix what was wrong and are still trying to get them to come back. Customer service is non existent or extremely rude. Would highly recommend finding another cabinetry business.

We just had our cabinets installed today and are very pleased with the result.Received professional treatment from start to finish.Staff friendly and helpful. Installation guys were respectful and took care to protect our hardwood floors .We certainly got a quality product .Thank you Chris,Susie, Sarah.

Our experience with Pioneer Cabinetry was truly wonderful! From the designers to the final installation everyone was professional, respectful and courteous.We are extremely happy with the final result!

They did a great job on our custom cabinet. They color matched to the rest of the cabinets in our kitchen and matched the style of doors. The pull down shelves we did are awesome too. Chris did a nice job installing.

We recently finished our kitchen with Pioneer Cabinetry and we love it. We didn't know what changes we wanted to make to our original kitchen but we gave them the space to use, and told them what sort of things we liked and didn't like and what we wanted. They came up with a really interesting design we discussed and changed until we were happy with it. The installation crew was perfect and the kitchen is what we wanted and more!. A couple of times communication was not ideal, but if you call them and talk with them, everything can be clarified.

I cannot believe what an extraordinary experience this has been. My designer Angela was quietly efficient..organized and helped me with the important decisions while allowing me to see my vision .the receptionist always had time to address my concerns...following after various trades such as electricians plumbers and painters. The installers were on time and completed the job perfectly.returning to make sure the job was completed on time. My kitchen was a 40 year old disaster and now it's just stunning....10 out 10 I would recommend this company to anyone...thanks again I couldn't be happier cmoore
