We've been using Never2Clean for nearly 8 years and have never been happier. We recently had a tenant move out, leaving the house a complete disaster, the Never2Clean team had their work cut out for them. We couldn't believe our eyes when we returned to a move in ready home!

We started with Never2Clean in Jan 2020. Our first cleaner Daisy was great but when she left the cleaners that replaced her were just OK. At least 3 times the cleaner did not show up and we were not informed. We ended up leaving at the start of Oct 2021 to find a better & more reliable service. At our last cleaning we asked that our key be returned but she did not have it. Since then we have emailed and called Richard and the main office many times but almost two months later and we still do not have our key! We are now needing to change our front lock.

Never2Clean is a wonderful cleaning enterprise. I have been a devoted client for over 10 years, and I've never been disappointed. They have great service and very competent cleaning staff. I also very much like its management - it is very, very attentive to the needs of its clients. I highly recommend this company.

I've been using Never2Clean for a couple of years. I've had no issues and they are Dog friendly....My three dogs liked them and we've never had any issues.

Very happy with the service. It was easy to get an appointment and the quote was fair (was really pretty close too.) The staff were polite and on time. They did not skip any steps or parts. Good work.

Stay far away if at all possible. I booked Never2Clean to do a new occupancy clean and it was a horrible, horrible experience. I went with this company because my wife’s coworker had a positive experience, and there was a get 1 hour free promotion off a 4 hour clean. Seemed like a no brainer. To book was simple, I filled out a form online and the next day someone contacted me via email, easy peasy. I was supposed to have a 4 hour clean, and 2.5 hours in I came by the house to let the maid know not to worry about locking up. To my surprise the house was empty. No maid, and even worse the place had looked like it hadn’t been cleaned. We are talking black mold under the rim of the toilet. I was promised the world for a “deep move in ready clean” and did not receive it. I emailed customer relations and got no immediate response. Almost a day and a half later their office calls to apologize saying they are dealing with the issue internally. They wanted to send their “best maids” in that afternoon to finish the job. I told them that’s all I wanted, was for a clean house to be done properly. I come home that evening to find the job done sub par again. Part of new occupancy was to have your cabinets wiped out on the inside. This wasn’t done nor were the baseboards cleaned. The best part this was 2 weeks ago and I never received a followup from this company asking how my experience was the second time. All I got was a bill and that’s it. Again save yourself the hassle and go somewhere else like Mopify

I had a great experience and highly recommend. Richard the owner was great and Tori the admin was awesome. I have been slacking at home and the 2 cleaners did a great job. It was so nice to come home to a clean home. They did everything I asked and more. From start to finish it was very easy and I think my one time clean will be a biweekly clean. It was affordable and the job was done very well. Thank you Never2Clean !!

Friendly lady cleaners whom are good, efficient workers and get the job done. House is clean, price is good. We are quite satisfied. Plus Casey is flexible regarding scheduling changes, and is in touch as required. Recommended.
