Stellantis &You Citroen Chingford

Went to visit Citroën Chingford as looking for a new car and was greeted by Zac (sales advisor) and he certainly knew his stuff. His customer service skills and knowledge was second to none. I'm going back in Saturday to possibly buy.If you're ever going to Citroën in chingford, ask for Zac.

Went round to look as not ready to buy yet but environment in showroom was very pleasant and huge thanks to Zach for the amazing experience. Really friendly and will definitely recommend

Picked up a online purchased Citroen Ami. Elton and his colleagues were really friendly and helpful throughout even though this was an online order and the first delivery of the Ami, made the buying experience that bit more pleasurable. Top quality coffee I have to say. Inside was clean and well presented, not overloaded with cars. Toilets were very high quality and most importantly clean. Accessible entrance and facilities for disabled visitors. The site also includes Peugeot, DS & the service department. They're all part of the Stellantis group so not surprising. Onsite parking. Best to come by car but there are bus stops a couple minutes walk away. If I was being picky, for customers walking to the site, I'd say there were too many cars parked right outside the Citroen customer entrance door way, which made it a little difficult to spot and get around, especially as there's a one way system in place. The Peugeot entrance round the other side would I think be better if less able or wheelchair users come visiting.

Was looking for car automatic for daughter and the saleperson zach was clued up on the electric car availability and features. Was just looking but am seriously considering a,small electric once she passes,her test.

Ordered a C4 with Zac. Brilliant professionalism was extremely helpful considering the amount of questions I needed to ask. Highly recommended

Went to Stellanis Chingford and was served by Dominic Godfrey. He delivered an amazing level of customer service he was polite, kind and very skilled in his job. I would highly recommend him for any equites you have when purchasing any car.

Booked my car in for an MOT and service for this morning. When I booked this I asked how long it would take and was told 2.5/3 hours. I explained that I had something on and had to be home by 3. I turned up today at 8.45 having taken half a day annual leave for this appointment to be told that it was an all day appointment and I'd have to leave the car there until 5. I'd never have taken the appointment had I been told that. What an utter waste of my time. It was rammed with cars as well so impossible to find anywhere to park. I'll stick with my local garage from now on.
