Terrible service. You place order through app. Takes your money no order found in Waubaushene. Told by Manager too bad, you may get your money back in a few hours nothing they would do. DON'T PLACE ORDERS HERE.

Good service good food. Crazy rules depending who's working I guess. Had subway coupons that we used prior to today n they wouldn't except them today. Not expired just not in system. Bu the same booklet was used a weekish earlier.

This location is roughly halfway between Kitchener and Sudbury and is a great midpoint stop with a fairly big parking lot, spot to let your dog out, and picnic bench. It's moderately busy, but the bathrooms are decently clean (all things considered) and lineups are not too long.

Usually I would give this place 5 stars but the way I was treated by a lady was so rude for simply asking for fresh lettuce ! She slammed things around and had straight rude and ignorant behavior I'll change th ed star listing when find out she no longer works there.

Awesome service with kind people. FYI, please do not go to this establishment not wearing a mask because the owner is well within their right to throw you out, and they will to protect their establishment regardless of your excuse. Stay safe.

Use to be great. New owners. You have to tell them to put lettuce on the entire sub. 4 meatballs on a sub. Seriously disappointing. I live in Waubaushene. Come on. Make a proper Sub.

Very clean and food is fresh.Staff was professional and personal. Excellent service and fast yet attentive.Our new favorite stop from the cottage.Worth the stop.

If they had used fresh bread I would rate it better, unfortunately not the first time I got dry bread that fell apart, which I suspect is not fresh. Service was fine but they really need to use fresh bread, it's what customers expect.
