Excellent service. Brought an older watch in for a battery change and bracelet resizing and it was done for a reasonable price and fairly quickly! The staff are kind and helpful. Nice selection of watches to browse in the meantime and at good prices. Will be a return customer!

Great place to find time pieces as well as jewelry of all designs. They're able to accommodate many designs and are able to provide honest pricing and quotes. Would highly recommend for those shopping for gifts or for themselves. Got some custom pieces here and I love everything I received.

Visiting Toronto I ended up entering this jewellery without any need in mind. The owner is really nice, and, being a watch lover, I couldn't help myself but try a few. I finally had a crush on a Seiko Sumo and got it at a fair price.

Been here once before but almost 8 years ago. Owner is the most honest and friendliest guy around. Prices here are very reasonable and store has a great selection of jewelry amd high end watches. I will definitely be back for all my jewelry needs and highly recommend to anyone looking for jewelry or watches at very reasonable prices.

Wayne, the owner is honest, friendly and their prices are reasonable. Their watches and jewelry are authentic and custom designs with style and elegant. Mr Fong senior is a watchmaker and this retail store has been in business for more than 40 years. They are reputable and value their customer. All my Seiko watches I purchased and collected from them are still working after 40 years. Mr Fong's professional expertise is a gem these days.

We got our wedding rings done here and a few other things and I was very surprised by how good the customer service was. David is a really great guy.
