Had a hearing aid piece (tulip) stuck in my ear. Was able to get in within a couple of hours and had it removed. Excellent service!

I went for a hearing test and Jen, the audiologist, was very pleasant and took the time to fully explain all the tests and their results to me. I was also fitted for vented ear plugs and again Jen took her time and explained all the options and pros and cons to me. I was very confident when I left knowing that I had made the right choices.

Dr. Susan English-Thompson and her team provided excellent care.She took the time to get a good history of my hearing challenges and is very knowledgeable. She explained well the different options I had in choosing a hearing aid and the pros/cons of those options.I would definitely recommend this clinic to others.

My mom needed hearing aids and she was very anxious about it. The folks here were patient in explaining everything to her (probably more than once!). When she left she was both reassured and confident in her choice. Highly recommend them!
