Service is great, everyone is pretty friendly considering the people they have to deal with sometimes, there is a pretty good variety to choose from as well.

The shop and merch was fine. But the guy working the till yelled at me about how the female customer before me didn't tip him enough after he complimented them.The retail store also expects tips on basic principal.

The staff are nice and the place is always clean. The organization and product placement could be a lot better. My only pet peeve is that multiple times I have went to turn in empties and the evening staff turn me away saying they don't take empties after a certain time. I eventually talked to management and was told that the only time they don't accept empties is very shortly before and after shift change, and that the evening staff should not be turning anyone away.

Interesting place in what seemed to be a sketchy area. To be able to go in the cashier needs to unlock the door once in you are locked in. Not a large area and not a lot of selection. Also any of their local beers didn’t have a price so you can’t tell how much they are and the cashier had no clue so it was a shot in the dark during purchase. Luckily I didn’t get shot or stabbed when leaving the beer store I will be finding another place to go from now on.
