The Circus Fix
I attended a drop in beginner Ariel silks class at the CDC 950 Dupont location and it was fantastic! I brought two of my coworkers and they equally enjoyed the experience. Our instructor was professional with a wealth of experience. She has been doing silks for over 8 years. We will definitely be back.

I had a private party/class for aerial silks with 5 of my friends and family. It was literally the best time ever. I was SO SORE after the class but in the best way! I felt like a monkey swinging from the trees. Valerie, our instructor, was so patient and clear with instructions, and structured the class in a way that let more advanced members try different techniques and members with mobility limitations explore modified poses. We had so much fun. I want to do lessons now.Also, everything was clean, aerated, bright, and professional. Definitely a COVID-safe environment so I appreciated that.

This is an amazing place to get started on any circus. They are welcoming of anyone, super patient with beginners or any age. The community is super encouraging and you leave with a sense of accomplishment. There's room for changing clothes, and different apparatuses for aerial silks and yoga, hoop, lyra, trapeze, flying pole, hammock, handstand, straps, acro, and flexibility/tumbling workshops. You can book online and pay with credit card, which is super convenient. There's some parking available at the front.

Jamie is the best! I've learned so much from her. Her breakdown of the movements and descriptions of muscle engagementand body/apparatus placement/manipulation are so thorough. I can't wait to learn more from her!

Great circus classes in Toronto's East End. Tons of variety (hoop, aerial, yoga, hammock, etc etc etc!) in a clean space, with super supportive instructors. If you're worried about being new or having more advanced students judge you, worry no more! These are seriously the nicest, most accepting, most fun people to train with ever. I have been doing circus now for 2 years because of the support and encouragement of Jamie Holmes and The Circus Warehouse team.

Jamie’s Costa Rican aerial retreat was amazing!! We were well taken care of, pushed in class, and restored with daily yoga. Highly recommended!!

Amazing studio and classes!Lots of options for beginners - advanced aerialists and good open gym times. Jamie creates a really welcoming and accepting environment. Such an awesome community. The workout is amazing as well!

I love aerial silks classes! Jamie is always so great and patient... wonderful teacher! The environment is so welcoming and fun! I would definitely recommend this place if you're looking for new experiences or even if youre just looking for a great workout!!

The Circus Fix is officially the most unique and non-mainstream fitness class we've been to, to date. Not to be mistaken for aerial yoga, the aerial silks classes will utilise your abs, shoulders, and hands in brand new ways that we're sure are unfamiliar. A wicked way to switch up the conventional fitness routine, but the pricing structure is a bit confusing and expensive and there aren't a ton of amenities for the price.
