Genuine, prompt, professional, knowledgeable and friendly service!!!!!My furnace had some issues over the holidays.It was a Sunday with negative temperatures and no other companies answered their phones. Some friends referred me to call Colin with Elevated Mechanical.Not only was the phone answered, but Colin after a quick consult over the phone made time for us that very day!He took the furnace apart and inspected it. The problem was just as he stated it would be from the phone call, in which he listened to the noises it was making and made the hypothesis.Loose squirrel cage and loose belt.Said the 40 year old furnace motor is overdue as is the furnace, but just put back together the squirrel cage and put the belt on properly.The furnace had a squeak to it for the last few years and that noise is gone now too.He explained in detail everything he did plus what the last company that serviced it missed when adjusting the belt, the reason why it squeaked when it ran.The service fell into the minimum call out charge category and he only charged that. No pressurized upselling or used car salesman antics to rip us off.Final thoughts: 100% impressed!!!Thanks Colin & Elevated Mechanical for saving the day and my wallet.Already recommended Colin to over a dozen of my friends and family.

Colin installed a new furnace and A/C unit in our house several months ago. His prices were great, and the guys professional. I highly recommend them, and would call him the next time I require any plumbing/HVAC services.

Colin and his team replaced our 22 year old furnace, and installed air conditioning. They were efficient, professional, and super pleasant to work with. The quote was also very competitive.Additionally, I had an ongoing issue where water would back up into my bar sink, when my washing machine was in the drain cycle. I had two plumbers come and look at it, neither of them solved the problem but charged me over $100. When I brought this issue up to Colin, he recommended taking the auger/rooter machine to the drain lines. He did this for us after installing our new furnace and ac, and it completely solved our problem, no more nasty water backing up into the sink. Best part—we weren’t even charged labor for this, just machine usage ($50).Great small local business that does excellent work.

We have had Elevated Mechanical in our home for a few different jobs now, and have always been super impressed with their work. They have helped us with bathroom plumbing, hot water tank repair and maintenance, in floor heat repair and maintenance, and furnace and air conditioner preventative maintenance. The staff are friendly and the workspace is always left neat and tidy. We would have them back anytime, and would absolutely recommend them to friends and family.

Colin did some plumbing work for us and you can tell he cares about doing his work to the highest level and looking after his customers. We then had Mike come in and service our furnace for the winter and were again pleased with the quality of workmanship. I would highly recommenced these guys.

Elevated Mechanical was recommended to us by a friend and we were extremely impressed! They installed a new hot water tank and humidifier in our home, which has been wonderful. Their quality of work impressed us so much that we hired them again to install a radiant heater in our garage. Mike was awesome! He was very thorough from the install portion down to to the clean up on site. Colin was extremely knowledgeable in exploring all options for us. His suggestions were very helpful and genuine. I can’t say enough great things about Elevated Mechanical. Highly recommend them! We will continue to use them for our personal and also our rental properties.

I am NOT one to casually praise people for a job we all expect them to do, HOWEVER Colin quickly, efficiently diagnosed my problem that other well-known, local and reputable companies gave up on.When faced with an incredibly expensive alternative pitched by the other so-called experts, Elevated Mechanical came to the rescue and not only solved the issue but provided excellent customer support and obtained parts that the others" claimed to be unobtainable & at very reasonable prices.I cannot say enough good things about my experience and have zero hesitation recommending them except that I fear if people find out how good he is he will become too busy the next time I need a saviour !!!!Thank you Elevated Mechanical !"

All stars aligned:Its getting cold for a change,It’s Friday night about 8:00 pm,My furnace quits working,I tried 3 HVAC places that night to try and buy a simple part that needed replacement.Colin meets me in Nisku Business Park at 9:00 pm and gets me the part I need for $50 and I’m back in the warm house club by 10:30 pmReally? I emailed Elevated Mechanical (Colin) early this morning looking for a draft inducer motor for a 20 year old Coleman furnace (this particular one has been troublesome to find availability). He got back to me right away to let me know he had the part brand new. Price was very competitive from what I’d seen online and we picked it up same day.
