I had my first appointment and was welcomed warmly by professional staff who were attentive at listening and arriving to solutions. I'm just starting there recommendations for gaining beautiful hair so I cannot comment on results yet. From the research I've done they seem knowledgeable.

Jennifer was very friendly, easy to talk to. I have only had one online experience with the company. The new receptionist was very nice and fine to deal with. I can’t say anything about the product. I have only been on it one week so too early to tell.

My hair refused to grow. Ive been struggling with this for years and it started to groe grey. Ive tried the Furterer product line (shampoo, conditioner, leave-in) while regularly taking supplements (multi vits, Zinc, CaMg) and my hair has grown 4 inches since January! (it is now May).

She booked extra time so she wouldn’t be rushed.She double checked the cut and texturizing (thinning) that was severely needed.She gets 10 out of 10 stars!!
