3rd time customer for both window and retractable screens. These guys are very responsive, install only high quality products, have very short lead times which makes for excellent value. Our original window screens and retractable patio screen are still going strong over 10 years.

I needed some screens for my house, I called around to a couple of places. One place was really rude, and another was $150 more than 604 ScreensSo I went with them, the screens took a couple of weeks to be built then the installation was quick and easy, he was in and out in less than 15 minutes!If you are looking for Professional Screens at a great price, you will want to call Jonathan at 604 Screens!

Filled out a quote form on their website and no one got back to me. If they can't respond to a new customer, how will they service the old customer. Would not use this business for my work.To respond to the owner, your website didn't indicate that you were closed.And with your response, I will never ever use your company's service and I will let my friends know that as well.

Highly recommend 604 Screens to anyone and everyone. They were professional, efficient, and incredibly quick. The installation was a breeze, quality of their product seems amazing and it perfectly matches the frame of my sliding door. Prices were also the best I found, after looking around at a few places.

Got a response to the online request for a quote within an hour. Set up an on site estimate within a couple of days and had the screen for our deck door installed within a week and a half. Great service. Very satisfied.Update 2022: used their website again this year to inquire about custom screens made for our condo. Quick email response again. Details sorted and had appointment set for measurements. Screens prepared within the time quoted. Screens are exactly what we needed. They even included clips to hold the screens in place that were not included in original window frames (helps if furry friends push out on the screen). Great service.

I agree with most reviews here in that 604screens was prompt and courteous. They came in to measure. However, there was an issue with the product they installed--and in haste they didn't properly check the 'fit'.After contacting the company, they were extremely prompt in responding and in fixing the issue (with a completely new door). Despite the inconvenience, I really appreciated the very high level of transparency and customer service. I felt valued as a customer. For that I give them 5 stars but I have to minus one for the trouble.

I hired Jonathan at 604 Screens to make some custom slider window screens and a retractable screen for a set of French doors. The estimate was accurate and they were completed and installed in 2 weeks, despite it being peak season. The quality is excellent as was the service. The screens fit perfectly and seem very durable. I would highly recommend 604 Screens.
