On a summer day, we enjoyed a walk on ride to Digby, boat is clean and well kept. Very nice views on a clear day. Enjoy the top deck where there is a bar/cantine. Inside there is 2 other cantines with Java moose coffee, all prices are reasonable and comparable to off boat.

Very efficient systems, from online purchase, to boarding, onboard food and entertainment, to disembarking. Food was fine. We saw a recent movie, which helped pass the time. Many varied places to sit comfortably.

One of the best wheelchair accessible ferry's in Canada with absolutely amazing and helpful staff. The entire ship was accessible and fully independent and equal. We were treated very well and looked after way beyond our expectations. Thank you Bay Ferries you all rock.

Look, it's a subsidized ferry that provides a needed and beneficial service. Polite staff, well run ship, Good quality service and saves five hours of driving.

We took the ferry from Digby to Saint John NB on July 11th. The loading and unloading process was seamless, and there were lots of things to do on the ship while crossing (movies, lounges, decks, eateries, etc) which was impressive, but it was quite cold aboard and we were not able to go back to our cars to retrieve jackets.

In the last 2 years I've had to make 6 round trips on the ferry. I am continually, beyond impressed at how pleasant and helpful the staff are at all times. From wishing me a happy day, to bringing my daughter pages to colour on; the people are always so kind.Wonderful service.

Great experience. I recently delivered kayaks to Digby for some customers in NS. While I wasnt impressed that I could not drop them on the car deck as cargo (other ferry services in the area allow this), I understand the liability issues the company is trying to avoid.The staff were very helpful and professional. On the Digby side one staff member insisted that he help my customers get the kayaks on their roof so I could get back on the very. That is excellent customer service and good business sense getting customers back on board in a timely fashion, limiting delays.I bought a meal in the cafe (one of a couple aboard) and was very surprised that the prices were NOT outrageous. They were actually very reasonable!I would definitely recommend using Bay Ferries and the MV Fundy Rose for and travel to southern NS.

I took the ferry Digby to St. John. They are on time and great service on board!

Great tripKind staff loved almost every minute except when it came to the night trip back.If you want to sleep either get a cabin or sleep outside on the upper decks or bring ear plugs and ear protectors.
