Steve and Catherine were incredible in assisting us with our purchase of a single family home. Despite the long and arduous process in the current market, they never rushed us to settle for a property we weren't happy with and helped us schedule endless visits. They also gave us great advice regarding the properties; Steve was extremely knowledgeable of the housing market and the complications related to properties of various ages. Steve and Catherine were very responsive helping us resolve our questions and issues even well outside of regular business hours. Despite the difficult market, we really enjoyed our purchasing experience with Steve, and would reccomend him to anyone looking to purchase or sell a home.
