Vernon Towing

Called BCAA who sent Vernon towing when my car ignition jammed. Although I had spoken to my mechanic, the tow truck driver Andrew (I think??) suggested I go straight to the lock place. Got my vehicle fixed right up and eliminated the middle man (plus saved me a day or two!). Andrew was professional and friendly and it's actually the second time he's had to tow a vehicle for me. A good experience.

Towing was quick to the rescue when my truck broke down in the middle of the hwy turnoff.A big kudos to Brian #210 for negotiating the narrow icy snowcovered driveway to my shop. MANY THANKS from Pat!(my husband)

Everyone there was very helpful and kind. Made me feel comfortable and went above and beyond to make sure I got home ok. I am far from home with no car so the kindness was very much appreciated. Thank you Wendy for getting me a ride home, thank you to the man who drove me home and thanks to the 2 men for keeping the nice conversation going. It really made a not so nice situation into a nice one. Keep it up.

Really nice to see the tow truck drivers at vernon towing improving from the last couple of years. Brian arrived before the time given to us, was very friendly and efficient, with great care not to scratch or damage the truck. Pleasant to deal with

I locked my keys in my car at Silver Star just before heading out for a ski. The guys at Vernon towing were sent through BCAA and helped me out in a pinch. They were prompt and efficient. Jeff was able to update me when they were on route so I didn't have to freeze out side waiting for their arrival. Great customer service. Highly recommend!

Called needing help and everyone I dealt with there was super awesome. I highly recommend these people. It felt like they really cared about their customers.

Brian came to help my dog and I after we hit a deer on highway 97 south of Vernon. He was incredibly kind and courteous. I could not hope for better service. My dog, who is reactive to men cuddled him in the cab of the truck. Brian turned a difficult event into a positive experience. Thank you!

The lady who answered the phone was professional, efficient and thorough. I appreciated the way she managed my timeframe expectations and was pleasantly surprised when the driver arrived earlier than anticipated. I received a courtesy call ahead of his arrival and he was also very professional and efficient. The cost of service was fair and reasonable. Thank you!

Brian was quick to arrive & help, & upon arrival he was friendly but not too friendly, and he had my flat tire changed in 10min tops, probably less. He not only performed his job very quickly & very well, but he was also courteous, polite & a great representative for Vernon Towing. It would be a waste of his natural God given people skills & the drive he exhibited to efficiently complete my roadside assistance call. Brian is a great tow truck driver. I really think he would excel at any higher paid positions in your business. I can’t adequately tell you how fantastic his roadside assistance call job was correctly & quickly done. When management looks for internal hires for more senior positions Brian should be seriously considered. Thanks again!
