The convenience is great, however the customer service is not. If you get delivered a product that isn't edible (I received a pack of 10 tortillas that were fully stuck together and couldn't be separated), you will only be offered a 50% refund.If Skip the Dishes is going to be directly in the grocery business, they need to adapt their customer service for Skip Express Lane to match grocer standards.
