Westbank Car & Truck Wash (convenience)

Do NOT use this car wash!!! I paid for the highest touchless wash and my car was still filthy after. Ended up paying another $7 to spray wash it myself, Tried to at least vacuum out the inside and their vacuums do NOT work — it was a waste of time to even try. So frustrating and disappointing! I wish i could attach the photos to show how dirty it was!

We went into the auto wash, when finished I got out and the truck was still as dirty as we went in. Not worth the $12

Not exactly a thorough wash... it came out looking fairly clean when it was wet, but a few minutes later after drying looked absolutely terrible.

It's an alright spot. Shorter wash/rinse times than other places I've been to. Little bit of a rip off. Vacuum time was good though, thats why they got 3 instead of 2 stars.

Like the fact they only use hot water. More expensive now then others in the area and the lighting is poor.

Don't use the automated wash. I park in a dusty parking lot, otherwise the car was clean. I thought merely removing dust it should be fine. Now wax was asked on top of the dust. Waste of money and increased work for me.Just got home. Smelled the moldy/mildew water from this wash all the way. This wash is aptly named the works"

The touchless car wash part of the place has had ongoing issues with the coin and bill dispenser over the years. Recently a debit/credit machine has been installed. I used the debit part of it today but it wouldn't accept my card even though I've used it before without any issues.I put a five dollar bill and two loonies in today and nothing happened. The car wash wouldn't even start. Very disappointed! Drove away with no car wash.The Friday special of seven dollars for the works does not live up to it's name!It would be nice if this machine could get looked at to see why these issues are happening.

Does not actually clean vehicle. Avoid, do not waste your money and time.

Good wash but no degreaser, I feel like the price has gone up significantly lately
