Something has happened in the last two weeks to the breakfast crew. Three times now I've seem to have gotten whatever they felt like giving me instead of what I've ordered. One of the times I could see it was entered wrong so I clarified twice and got confirmation but sure enough it wasn't proper. The other two times it didn't match what was actually ordered. I should have gotten suspicious when the order was ready at the window immediately instead of the usual having to park and wait for it so they must have just wanted to offload what they had.Food quality is what you should expect from McDonald's and coffee is excellent as always

Absolutely the worst mcdonalds location but my only option for where i am. I am safe getting coffee but the food has been lacking for a while and this morning i had a breakfast sandwhich only to be greeted by a nice long black hair within the first bite. I do notice they dont wear nets and it was so gross.

understaffed and un-organized.There are always workers in casual closthing such as hoodie and rain jacket going in and out of the front counter make you wonder if they actually work here. Apparently they are employees because they run through the kitchen back and forth.No one seemed to be interested enough to taker orders from the line-up even though many workers are behind the counter.

Every morning theres always something missing/mistaken in my order. Today was the last straw. They gave me a free sticker to eat and I don’t like stickers. Im giving 2 stars because it’s evident the food is fresh at the very least.

Got the McCrispy. The chicken and bun were over done/burnt. Not getting it again. Have had the quarter pounder from here too and it was worse than from other locations. Hard to see from my pic but the chicken looks quite dark.

I would say typical of the chain but I'm from the states and I don't have a lot of experience with McDonald's in Canada.The food was quick and hot. The staff were friendly for the brief interaction that we had.The lobby is much smaller than I'm used to but there was still enough seating for everyone.

I pre-ordered using the app & waitedIn the drive-thru, yet here I sit, parked, waiting for my simple order to be made. Why bother using the app to order in advance?!Originally wrote this review while annoyed and waiting for my pre-ordered food and gave them 2 stars assuming the food would taste like it does at most McDonald’s. This was probably the worst 1/4 pounder I’ve had… the bun was stale, the patty reminded me of when they used to have the McLean (fat free and tasteless), and the burger toppings looked like they had been thrown on from across the kitchen.This isn’t a McDonalds i had been to before, but I can guarantee you I’ll drive past this one in the future and hit the next one.

This store does not follow normal promotional procedures. They differ from most other stores in Canada. Upgrades in size result in full regular menu prices instead of promotional prices. Be Aware

Food consistency is good, staff is friendly. Used to go for breakfast regularly but I was asked to pull around the corner and park my last six times through the drive thru. And thats just since i started counting, I was parked most of the times before that too. I used to think it was just because it was a busy location, they got behind, orders got stacked up. But then I noticed that they would tell me to park even when there were no other cars behind me. I suspect they do this in order to look good on some sort of McDonalds speed of service assessment. They tell me to park, officially close my order, then just walk the food out when it's ready. I've also noticed that when I go inside the restaurant and order, my order number is usually cleared from the screen within moments, then my order is completed using the printed tags. I imagine this is also done to cheat their internal systems.
