They had a Shelby gt500 for sale on Facebook and they would read all my texts but would not respond so went and bought a hellcat.

I actually spoke with the owner and he is so down to earth and very attentive to customers needs. Buying a car can be confusing however I didn’t feel this at all during my transaction at Boisvert Ford.I was hesitating between three models so they qualified my needs and we test drove the car they thought would best suit my needs and wants. I love my new F150.

I bought a brand 2020 ford escape from this dealership on June 26th. The salesman that I dealt with was very nice. I have to say that the entire staff at this dealership are very nice people. If I were to rate the people working there- they would get 5 stars. All really nice people. Some of them just lack attention to detail.However, I have had quite a few issues with the car already and I have not even had it a month yet. I walked out of there the day I got my car thinking that I was driving my dream car- I was on cloud nine. Now I am starting to think that they sold me a lemon.First issue, was that less than 24 hours of having owned the car, I noticed that there was a rip in the drivers side seat... I called them and they told me to come in and they would replace the seat. I get to the dealership and they take photos of the inside of the car and the seat and then tell me that they will call me when they get the new seat.They finally called me after 3 weeks and told me that my seat is in! (I know that covid probably delayed the arrival of the part) As I am speaking to the lady on the phone.. I tell her that my backup camera as also stopped working (LESS THAN A MONTH OF OWNING THE CAR AND THE BACK UP CAMERA DOESNT WORK) She told me to come in for the seat and they would take a look at the camera. I arrive to the dealership and let them know that I will be working from their waiting room as I wasn't able to take the time off. I am sitting there for 40mins working.. when they come out to tell me that THEY ORDERED THE WRONG COLOUR SEAT. They took photos of the seat 3 weeks ago when I went in... how in the world could they have ordered the wrong seat. I drove all the way to the dealership for nothing. She also said that they looked at my camera and can confirm that it is broken.So now I have to wait probably another 3 weeks.. with a ripped seat and a car with no back up camera. Really really disappointed. I haven't even had the car for a month.. I am supposed to be enjoying a brand new car!!Again- nothing against the people working there. I am just upset that I am dealing with these issues in the first place.
