Stay Away from this place! I got a haircut by a person named Anthony and it was so bad. There are patches in my head and my line up is completely diagonal. Honestly this place sucks, there are plenty of barber shops in the mall. Stay away from this one. To top it off there's a sign in the front of the store that says Special $15 HairCut for Men" but i was charged $20. "$22.60 including tax" Place sucks so bad."

My son had his first acne facial treatment and was surprised how well cleared up after only one treatment.

First time ever, I had my rather thick eyebrows waxed. I am very pleased with the result. I am in my early sixties. Jenn gave me a nice natural brow which takes twenty years off my look. The salon is very clean. Staff are very friendly and very concerned with providing super service. <3

Went for a haircut. Asked for a short blunt bob (gotten this before and I have curly hair) she made me look like Dora the explorer! She went to the nape of my neck but didnt come longer in front enough. I left with it wet because I had to pick up my kid. Next day I styled it straight and one side is significantly shorter than the other, the layers underneath were shorter than the ones on top so my hair looks weird and puffy and the edges are choppy. Worst haircut I've ever gotten, including the time 16 year old me let 16 year old friend who had no clue about hair cut my hair. DO NOT RECOMMEND.

Denise is fantastic! Have not had my Merle Norman products since I moved up north, there isn’t a studio near me! I email her what I need and she sends it and I always get it so fast! Thank you so much Denise!

I put a one simply because I couldn't put less.I've been going here on and off for years. More expensive than most, but always had a good experience. My low review is due to what happened at my most recent experience and the phone calls that came afterwards.To begin with, I am a big suck for pain and feel pain on my eyebrows with wacing or threading alike. I pay the extra because its one and done. I went in on a friday afternoon like normal, a girl waxed my eyebrows then on one side put wax twice on thr same spot. It hurt, but i felt it fine. She put witch hazel, which stung like a mother. She laughed it off and said everyone was so different and had different reactions to it. I looked in the mirror quickly, saw a red spot didnt think anything because I'm a suck and don't have a hogh tolerance for pain.When I got home it kept throbbing, i looked in the mirror and it was red as can be. I looked at it closer and the skin was raw. I was in so much pain, nothing would soothe it. I was furious. Instead of going back or calling and making a scene. I waited until the Saturday mid day to email. Along with a pic, and FYI to the store so they would see what happened and take note of it.To my surprise, I quickly received a phone call and they left a voicemail. The lady on the other end stated she was from merle norman and that she looked at my picture and she didnt xonsider ot a burn or anything of the sort. That most likely my acne medication, blood pressure medication or birth control was affecting my skin thus causing the rash under my eye. I could not have been more offended as to why she would assume I was on any medication, which im not on. Anything at all.Instead of apologizing or taking any ownership, they put it back on me. She said they carried a line of products that would help heal the area. Im not sure of what she wanted to heal if it was a rash according to her.These people need to learn better customer service and possibly should go back to school.I did receive a second phone call after my second email, they did leave a voicemail which I deleted.

I had a 60 min massage done by Amanda and it was great. You can tell she knows what she is doing. There was noce relaxing music, pretty scents etc theo ly thing is i was hoping for a prettier room...it was very plain, it didnt feel very spa like. Other than that it was great.

1. The appointment is 11:00a.m. but I was seen @ around 11:30p.m. The esthesian was very late and didn't apologized2. No P.P.E. (latex gloves or face mask)3. Left the dust on my skin4. No exfoliation done on hands and feet.

I went here twice over the past month: once to get my eyebrows waxed and more recently to get my industrial piercing corrected. The staff are nice and excellent at doing on-the-spot services (Anthony is an excellent piercer and I haven't had any lasting pain/infection). I'll be sure to come regularly.

What a wonderful small business. I have always received excellent customer service from Denise and other staff. I have been using their products for 10+ years, primarily for my skincare routine, and also a variety of their cosmetics. What I find amazing is they have always, I mean every single time, had what I need in stock. Denise has been going above and beyond mailing products to me throughout COVID closures. Notes on the package “Handle with love” reflect accurately how kind her personality is, every time I have interacted with her.
