My husband slid on black ice and went into the ditch, which is snow packed on Elmbrook, the Gentleman was polite and able to get him out quickly with Zero damage to our car.The price is amazing !! We will definitely call them should we need help again.

If you have a nice car don't call this place to have it even looked at.

The driver who showed up went by out of his way to help me. My mobility scooter needed air in a few tires but the stems were twisted and difficult to reach. The driver got some needle nosed pliers, laid down on his side and was able to fill my tires after a few attempts. It saved me a lot of hassle and I appreciate his effort. He was a very friendly and helpful guy. Great job!

My car died a day before I had to take it in for servicing. My insurance sent Shantz to come tow my car to the shop for me, they were great! Spoke to the owner, he was super friendly and helpful. His worker that came out to tow was also very friendly, and quick and efficient at getting my car onto the flatbed and dropping her off! If I ever have to request a tow again, I hope they dispatch Shantz. Highly recommend!

Absolutely terrible service. Stranded ice fishing and needed a tire change at a ice fishing access point in belleville and the driver wasmiserable, rude and ignorant person.He also left 4 of the 5 lug nuts loose to the hand which could of caused an accident or death if I had not double checked after he left as we had a 350km trip back homeHe ONLY tightened one lug nut snug and snarkishly made a remark to check them on our travel home.He also did not want to wait 5 minutes as I pumped my tire up to see if the spare would hold up as I would need a tow back to a garage from him with his flat bed tow truck he was driving. I do not know how he is able to keep employed acting this way customers.He also refused to let us use any of his tools, He stated if we dont have the tools then he wont help????Absolute garbage service. I am ashamed that CAA contracts out to them and I will be making a formal complaint, especially in regards to the 4/5 lugnuts that he left loose and how me and my friend were treated that day. The tow truck company may have a great reputation, but that wont last having this employee working for them that is forsure.

Unfortunately, I had a really bad experience with these guys. They showed up to tow an all wheel drive vehicle for one of my employees. They did not bring the flat bed as they should have due to it being broken down. Instead, they used dollies for the rear wheels, which can be ok. The driver was extremely rough on the vehicle getting it on the dollies, and did not seem to have any finesse with his truck. After the tow there was a bunch of damage to the underside of the vehicle , and one of the fenders. The coolant was leaking and a minor scratch down rge side of the car.Overall disappointed with this experience.

Brad was absolutely phenomenal! My 17 year old (new driver) went to a Hallowe’en party in the county (unfamiliar territory for her) and the very long driveway was utterly quick sand! When she pulled aside to park the entire front driver side sunk! A full car load of teens panicked (obvi!) My husband and I reached the scene and quickly realized that there was NO way we’d be able to pull it out.We called a tow company and Brad responded..Brad was not only punctual he was one of the friendliest and sufficient tow truck driver I’ve ever had to deal with! Brad is most definitely an asset to this company. I’d definitely recommend
