Suddenly ignores and stops answering phone calls/emails for no reason, clearly discriminatory with customers so if she doesn't like you then expect to get treated like trash. So glad I never spent money here! AVOID

Wigs To Wellness is a cozy shop. The owner (Jackie) is very knowledgeable and comforting. She has many styles to choose from and can personally customize each wig. Her place is adorable and private. I would highly recommend her shop.I’m editing my review to respond to Belinda. Either you are reviewing the wrong shop and wrong person or there was a misunderstanding. Was in need of a wig pending chemotherapy and was treated with so much care and kindness. Customer service was amazing throughout the process as well as after. I had follow up questions ( even tho it was a year later after my purchase ) and she took the time to look details up and explained my wig style and care directions again.Highly recommend!
