I would like to take a few minutes to thank Jason and the staff at the boat center on my boat purchase.I live out of state 330 miles away but was worth the drive Jason made it a great experience by giving me plenty of info his personal number to ask as many questions as I needed and a good evaluation of the boat’s condition with extra pictures.finances made easy before the drive up extra time spent on Saturday after hours delivering the boat making sure everything checked out.Evan after the purchase have answered all my questions I feel Jason and the boat center has your back after the sale thank you

Jason and his crew at The Boat Center are second to none. I believe too many people get hung up on boat brands when they should be more worried about the dealer they’re purchasing from. I’ve dealt with both locations and have nothing but praise for them. Highly recommend.

Last fall I bought a new to me boat from a third party and was looking to get it winterized and have a few items addressed before putting it away for the winter. Communication was okay throughout the process. I took my boat out of storage this spring and was going through the things that they stated were fixed. One item I paid to repair were the issues with the fresh water pump blowing a fuse. I was told my pump was bad and they would replace it, when looking down into the compartment where the pump is I see new wiring but not a new pump. Shame on me for not looking when I picked up the boat. The big job they said I needed was a tune up and a new distributer and six spark plugs. I declined the work because my boat has a V8 Merc cruiser motor so would actually need need eight plugs. It appears there was little attention to detail and work that I paid for not done as they said. I will be taking my boat to other places in the future due to these issues.

I am a parts person for 25 plus years and recently moved to Wisconsin, I have had many encounters now with parts people here. Eric Rehberg is the Parts guy I will be using from here on out. He is smart, polite, speedy, and cares. He knows his motors and is not slowed down one bit for a challenge. Yes, it takes a bit to get thru to him as he is diversified and not always sitting at a phone. LEAVE A MESSAGE. He WILL CALL YOU BACK. Order a part, he WILL be sure you get a call upon arrival of it. I Love this place.

Jason was great to deal with.Got a fair trade in and bought the boat of my dreams.People at the dealership were friendly and very helpful.Shop personnel showed me everything I asked about new boat and gave me recommendations I asked about. Excellent service. Had my boat winterized and stored here, there communication has been great and have always stuck to there word. I had a horrible experience at boaters choice and am pleased to find a better place to take my boat.

Called The Boat Center in Ramsey with interest in a used ranger and talked with one of the salesman who made it seem like it was still available. I was coming to look at it later in the day and he was going to pull the boat into the garage to get it ready for me to look at. I was informed an hour later that the salesman took a deposit on it from a guy who hadn't even looked at the boat in person and that it was no longer for sale. That is poor business. If you are interested in a boat from here put a deposit down immediately because they won't hesitate to sell it without talking to you first.

Had a poor service experience with The Boat Center. Made it right after I found the issue myself but my boat shouldn't have been returned in the condition it was in. Also wanted to order parts and they wanted payment in advance...understandable but couldn't tell me how long it would take to get parts. Told me it could be a few months but wouldn't order without payment in advance. Two billing cycles would leave me no recourse if they didn't deliver. Shop rates are quite high compared to others in the area. Main and kicker annual service was $120 more than other service centers charge.
