Scam artists. Wanted to charge me for a new windshield because of a stone chip that apparently happened on my watch!!!A stone chip that was even hard to see by human eye.I rent cars a lot for business and never heard of this nonsense.AVOID THEM AT ALL COSTS!!!

I needed a 5-week rental but none of the other agencies would go for more than one month. Chris said they were limited to one month as well, but he said if I just check in at the end of the month, I can follow the one month rental with a one-week rental and get an amazing overall rental rate, way less than the competition. It worked great, the check-in only took ten minutes, and I didn't even have to remove my luggage from the trunk. Friendly and efficient service and the best price in town, YAY!

Their low score is for a reason, go else where, even if you have to pay slightly more, at least you won't get screwed by this shady business. They did not waive my cancellation fee even after confronting them to specify it on their contract, they are basically making up fees and charges with no proof to back it up. Wont be long before they go bankrupt under new company title as they did under Budget.
