The Grow Shop Ltd.

This was my first time visiting the store away from Calgary as I had an errand running by the area. I've entered the store claiming itself the the biggest" grow shop around. There is a lot of expectations to that claim.Upon entering the shop it was fairly quiet so I looked around. I didn't like the selection but I had a couple of questions about a product they had that Calgary didn't.I was greeted by someone who introduced himself as the owner

Minimally helpful. Condescending and arrogant. Look it up online" seems to be the standard answer to most questions. I was hoping to get some information and the guy answered with a condescending sarcastic attitude

Was in yesterday for the first time and the guy was crazy passionate about what he does. He was on the phone with a customer so had to wait a bit, which was fine, but over hearing him talk gave me the confidence to shop here. When he was able to help he gave me so much information about the products I was interested in, steered me away from some that I didn't really need, and recommended a couple that would be better for my situation. He had answers to questions I didn't even think of as a first time grower and solutions to problems I had.I was on a budget but he found products that would fit with out going much over. I shopped online and the prices here are comparable to Amazon but I get someone in my city with helpful knowledge I can talk to. I took off one star cause I got home and found 2 bottles of the same product and gotta go back to exchange it, which could be an opportunity to ask more questions. I would recommend shopping here for all your growing needs and look forward to being a lifelong customer.

These guys are absolutely phenomenal to deal with. Very helpful and personable, and a wide selection to choose from.Not pushy or trying to upsell you.

This place is great, I've been coming here for years. all of the employees are incredibly helpful. sign of outstanding service: I brought a high end light back after 2 years with no receipt and they took it in for repairs no questions asked. in the interim they hooked me up with a loaner light which was possibly better than mine. highly recommend this place to anyone, experts and beginners!

Super awsome staff. extremely nice an full of knowledge. They help out in every way possible, the deals are good but the deals on top of deals are even better..... been to many grow shops in Alberta an the grow shop is by far the best....plus they always have what I'm looking for.. truly dale an the staff are amazing an I'll be going back over an over again... thanks guys you helped me grow theses hedges
