Great service. Got me a truck with a power tailgate last minute and even gave me a refund when I brought it back early! Super nice to deal with!

Spoke to someone there this morning about a rental. I sent my driver out by taxi to pick up a van and not only is the door locked but no one is answering the phone. My driver has been stuck outside in the cold for over 30 minutes now. How can a company advertise being open but have the door locked? I never give bad reviews but this is so upsetting and just not ok.
