Worked with Spin and Steve twice now and everything went smoothly both times. The second time included many pre-approvals, that each time he organized promptly, before we finally pulled the trigger. Switched from our nearly end-of-term variable to fixed just in time! We had to completely re-do our mortgage since Spin had the best rate. Ryan was super friendly, helpful and patient throughout the process while we slowly found all the pieces of information they needed. Rates kept going up while we were working on it but they locked us in to the one they initially promised. 10/10 would refinance again.
