My new truck was rear ended recently and I chose to have it repaired at the Metro ford body shop. I am very pleased with quality of work that was done and the quick turnaround time. Nicole was very responsive with communicating what was happening and keeping me updated on the status of the repair work. They also provided me with another truck to use while mine was being repaired. The team at metro ford has made what would usually be a very stressful process much easier to deal with. I will not think twice about returning for future services. Great job!

on the day that I had booked for a safety recall, went there and after waiting in their lobby for almost 2 hours, they informed me that the agent who did the booking for me forgot to assign the part to my vehicle and they don't have it anymore then they reschedule it for another time. Don't try this one but if you don't have other options, make sure to do their job yourself and remind them to assign the parts to your vehicle while booking.

OK, so I went here for the body shop. I have a Mach E, and someone hit it in the parking lot.... I wasn't going to take it just anywhere, so I found this Ford dealer with an on-site body shop. They did a great job, had a service loaner for me, and returned my car, looking good as new in the timeline promised.

They had great patience with me and a persistent problem with my vehicle that had been created by another dealership to say the least. i've dealt with Metro for the past 5 years , purchasing 2 diesel trucks in that time.Their sales and service teams have been top drawer. in particular I had an issue with my power tailgate (caused by me) and needed it fixed quickly. Chris Leach diagnosed the issue over the phone and asked if I could bring it in right away. I did and he had the truck in and out in half an hour, fixed and on my way...saved the weekend!!Thanks guys!

I needed to get the battery in my truck checked and possibly buy a new battery. They wouldn't help me. They said they could give me an appointment 12 days away.I bought a battery at Lordco and a got a different auto service place to install it. 10 minutes. It didn't even need to be brought into a service bay.I like my truck, but so far, I've had it serviced many other places except a Ford dealer.Metro said they only have tech who does electrical. Therefore, they were booked.Good grief, ANY mechanic can change a battery.

Best car dealership from the sales personnel to the service department I have been dealing with metro ford for over 12 years 4 vichales and not a single problem other than things out of the dealerships control. Also have to mention I had body work done to my f150 a few years ago, it was done right on time and for a reasonable price
