The lab tech was incredibly friendly and professional. A pro at taking blood with little pain. I didn't make an appointment but was seen within 15 minutes.

Had an appointment for bloodwork and got in fairly quickly, there was a small lineup but it was mostly walk-ins who hadn't booked ahead, and the front desk got through them as quickly as they could. Didn't get the name of the gentleman who took my blood but he was incredible -- I'm very nervous about needles but he made it quick and easy.

The staff is very rude and unprofessional, doesn’t seem like they know what they’re doing and gave me false test results. Do not go here!!

Staff were kind, quick, and very efficient. Waiting room was full with walk-ins, but I was still able to get in and out of the building in less than 30min.Don't bother paying the $3 for parking - go around back and 'grab lunch at one of the restaurants' there.

Mishandled my paperwork, made 3 visits that were now a waste of time. Processed one specimen sample that is now useless, what a waste of OHIP money. Now I have to produce 2 more specimen samples, and go back 2 more times. 5 visits x $3 parking per visit, I'm glad someone at LifeLabs thinks customers have money to burn.

I couldn't wait to post this review! I visited this lab this morning as a drop in as there were no appointments online. The waiting room was empty, I arrived just before 8am. I had specialized labs from my functional doctor. The tech at the front desk was incredibly friendly, knowledgeable and had me sent to a room immediately to be seen. She also explained she wanted to handle the request herself so she could ensure the courier was contacted in a timely manner as these tests have time sensitivity. I have NEVER in my years of lab work, been seen by someone who was so kind and helpful. Highly recommend this location, well done!!

Great staff and very quick and kind service at this location.Waiting room was jam packed when I got in as a walk in appointment and I almost left, but they did such a remarkable job getting through all the clients swiftly.I worked with Mylene to do my work in the back and she was absolutely lovely to work with; excellent bedside manner and really helped make the required tests calm and as enjoyable as they can be.

I went today as a walk in. It was surprisingly busy but still went relatively quick. The team was hard working and efficient. The board on the wall with the estimated wait time was very helpful. I wish I had gotten the male employees name who did my blood work. Even though it was busy he was still engaged and appeared to care. I could see other employees engaging with the clients similarly too. Compassion fatigue can be a reality sometimes but didn’t feel that today. Thanks for all the hard work and making something I find very stressful a good experience.

I had the worst service at this location today. I went in for a lot of blood work because I haven’t been able to keep anything down (not even water) I was told that they had trouble taking blood from me because I was dehydrated (of course I am that’s why I’m here) after taking blood from my wrist because they couldn’t get it from anywhere else.. I became very dizzy, started sweating and almost passed out. Aside from 1 man (that took my blood) and also helped me with some water I felt like more of an inconvenience to them. They didn’t try to take me to a room to lay down until I told them I needed to lay down. It was very unprofessional and not what I would have expected when I’m sure I’m not the only one that has ever had a drop in blood pressure and had the same thing happen.
