I've been taking my Mitsu Lancer to Sal for a couple of years now for regular maintenance. Referral from a friend when I needed a new mechanic, and Sal's crew does not disappoint. Work is always clean and well done, and I can count on Sal making sure that I know anything and everything that may need to be done now or in the future to maintain my car. Plus the absolute best part is the personal factor. With Sal I don't feel like just some other customer, I feel like he cares about taking care of me.

Sal and his team are beyond professional, they took great care of my needs for my vehicle. They were able to service my car in a diligent and timely manner. I've been driving for 30yrs and have had lots of mechanics work on my cars, but no one has ever come close to sals auto, when it comes to customer service, pricing and honesty. Sal repaired my brakes, water pump and engine belt, at a price that was very affordable. If I had gone anywhere else, It would have cost me an arm and a leg. Sal rescued my life. We are on a road trip but our rusty car made these strange noises…We stopped by and couldn‘t have found a better place to stop. I had to change to my winter tires for the season and Sal hooked me up with a convenient appointment. Im a new car owner so this is my fist time doing it. He let me know how things would work and did his thing and when I picked up my car, it was a job well done. Also the shop offers tire storage which is great! the other staff that I interacted were friendly. Gratefully appreciate how to the point they are about business and they know what they are doing. i hit the mechanic jackpot here. Thanks Sal.

Another review from me- Just to update readers in case you wonder about Sal's.I've been going to Sal's Auto for years, and I can confidently say that he is one of the honest mechanics out there. From start to finish, Sal and his team provided me with exceptional service, making the entire experience a breeze, communications, phone calls, even sending me pictures and videos.I have to mention the exceptional level of care that Sal showed me during the first bad snow storm in January 2023. I stalled on the QEW Eastbound, and Sal called me every 30 minutes to make sure that I was okay and CAA was on their way. This level of compassion and kindness is truly rare, and it speaks volumes about Sal's character.He diagnosed and fixed every issue that the car's code popped up (I gave him the go-ahead), and his work was of the highest quality. My car is approaching 20 years old and quite a monster to get fixed. He took it to other experts/talked to other experts when things went wrong. He kept me updated every step of the way, letting me know what he was doing, what he found, and what he/others recommended.This gave me complete peace of mind, knowing that my car was in good hands. I finally got my car to work like new- can you imagine--like new!The price for Sal's services was amazing too! I cannot recommend Sal's enough. He is an honest, reliable and friendly person. The service was excellent!I was having issues with my engine losing power. I brought my car to Sal's and he determined the cause right away and repaired it in a very timely manner. His pricing is fair and honest. As someone who has had very bad experiences with mechanics, I am so relieved to have found someone I can actually trust. For the first time, I don't feel like I'm being taken advantage of.
