I pay cash and they don't give me the receipt when I leave my coat there. When I get back my coat, they ask me to pay again, very bad people.

I had a duvet cover dry cleaned. It came back stuffed in a small bag and wrinkled. I'll find another place in the future.

This place is great. I had a tough stain they couldn't get rid of on the first go. They consulted me before trying a second, more risky removal method. The 'risky' method wasn't ultimately able to get rid of the stain but I felt they did their best and were honest and transparent.

My sweater is very bigger than before, it is a very expensive price... I think that they must do it dry-cleaned, but they didn't do that. After I hope to refund for that, but they said to me that they don't have their fault.

They usually do a good job at hemming, but when they screw up, expect the worst customer service. The lady who hemmed my jeans was off by a few inches and when I asked for it to be fixed they wanted to charge me a second time. Unacceptable.
