Highly recommended. I had Nugget Glass order and install glass shower doors at my other house and they went above and beyond to make sure I was happy. Even though I was a hassle , they were really nice about it.They are experienced and knowledgeable. Everyone works together as a team there.They respond quickly to your messages and answer calls promptly. Who remembers exactly when a rock hits? The secretary also could have told me my deductible came into effect one month later than what I said. No the men didn't start for an hour after my appt. Time and I got out of there 4 hours after that. They were going to charge me $580.00. It would have been no skin off her to explain the month descrepancy. I hope she gets brighter in future she could get more customers instead of being full and mean spirited, she came close to ruining my summer.Good luck you guys who needs ya?that I had a head injury. Absolutely wonderful service. After coming all the way to my house to quote for a porch railing required by my insurance company, they told me I didn't need one, then called back saying they'd confirmed the Building Code didn't require a railing and they'd be happy to talk to the insurance company for me if necessary. It would have been so easy for them to keep quiet and just do the work, but they wanted to be helpful. They later returned to clean and fix a sliding glass door, which was done quickly and well. When I asked the guys if they had time to also look at a screen, they made the time, fixed that too and at no charge. I'm honestly blown away.

I had the measurements of the plastic shower door sweep in hand when I went to Nugget. I figured the lady must be knowledgable so when I got home I cut the piece she sold me only to find out it's for a 1/2 inch glass door when I tried to install it. My mistake for trusting she knew what the hell she was doing. The glass on our door is 3/8 inch or 10 mm. I gave them 2 stars because I should have checked it before cutting which is not their fault.

It's Nugget Glass from now on for me can't say enough about their service.

My experience with Nugget Glass has always been outstanding. I recently had them install a beautiful set of custom sliding glass shower doors. They delivered and installed within a couple of weeks of my ordering them.Home Depot couldn't touch the price, or the quality.Glass was much thicker and they custom cut the doors to fit an existing opening. Awesome job, thanks Chris!FYI, Nugget Glass is one of my competitors in the garage door business, so they must be good to warrant a 5 star review from me.

This is the result of two orders. The glass orders were placed at the same time. I thought I had done due diligence, as to inquiring into other people's experience with this business. Checked BBB.Orders placed:1. Shower doors on a 5 foot, preformed, fibreglass shower unit.2. Glasstop for dining room table.The shower: still leaks after every shower. The opening and closing of door is horrific, due to rattling and noise made trying to release from door magnet.Money wasted ... $3,000.00.Table Glass: the most inferior glass (with frosted marks) was used here. The glass is impossible to clean without smudging. Have used every cleaning product and cloth on the market.Pleasant woman in store did not make up for badly behaved installer/owner.Advice: stay clear.

Terrible service. Gave the lady at the counter all measurements plus a template that I painstakingly created and nobody got back to me with a quote (two weeks later). I will never go back there again. Totally holding up my reno.
