This place used to be good but now there are no doctors available. Ever. It’s not a walk-in clinic anymore. It’s just a phone number you can call to make an appointment. Don’t bother. Absolutely useless.

There are no doctors here. Please update your website/google to reflect that you are not open for walk-ins anymore. It is absolutely not okay to expect people who are in need of medical attention to find this out upon arrival.

TERRIBLE experience. I tried calling 6 times before coming and no one answered. I walked in only to be told that there was no doctor there. I said FYI I tried calling a bunch of times and no one answered, it would have been great to know that before I walked over in a huge amount of pain. The person at the front desk said the phone is broken and no calls are coming in - a total lie, while I was there I heard the phone ring and watched her send it to voicemail. Then, I handed the front desk person my health card so she can get my information. Finally I walk to another walk in clinic - turns out she didn’t give my card back. Now I have to go back out of my way while I’m pain to retrieve my card.UPDATE: after calling 10 times in a row they finally answered (I guess the phone does work after all). Apparently they have no idea where my health card is - this is despite me only having walked from that walk in clinic to another walk in clinic 15 min away. I find it very difficult to believe

Receptionist would ask for my name, give me someone else's name. Ask for my birth date, give me another date like??? Honestly, took like 6 times just to go back to the questions again.Secondly, they said the doctor will call me back. No calls, waited all day. It's like they don't even want to work. After seeing all the reviews I wish I can give a rating of less than 1 star. But I cannot.

Awful experience with the doctor at this walk in clinic a few weeks ago. I was very sick and it was very painful to speak, he was incredibly rude, aggressive with his tone, loud and talked over me. He was more focused on telling me why I likely didn't have what I thought I did (which, the test showed days later I did test positive for exactly what I thought I had) than providing meaningful, compassionate and professional healthCARE and actually listening to what I was saying. Working in the healthCARE field does not seem like a great match for this person who clearly has no regard for a sick patient. I was in tears when I walked out of the appointment silently. Doctors like this are the reason people have to advocate so much for their own healthcare.

Every doctor I that has seen me here over the years has been friendly, caring and competent. It was difficult for a while to get an appointment but they are open again for walk-ins. I suggest calling in the morning to check first.

This is a great walk-in clinic with low wait times. It is clean, the doctors are friendly (though the receptionist is often more interested in talking to her friends on the phone rather than keeping the area professional), and I've always had a good experience here.Dr. Christina Pop is one of the best doctors I've had the pleasure of dealing with. She's very kind, thorough, and really wants you to feel better. I'd love if she could be my family doctor! As a bonus there is a pharmacy in the No Frills beside the clinic, and they have really low wait times during the day.

It’s not a walk-in, despite what its website and Google page say. When you try to do a walk-in, you’ll find it’s shut, with signs on the windows saying it’s telemedicine only. But the phone number goes to a voicemail, which tells you you to email for an appointment. I’ve twice emailed for an appointment and never heard back.Is it a real medical clinic? Who knows.

Came here for support during the pandemic. Thought they were super efficient and accommodating within the restrictions. The receptionist was very nice and friendly. The doctor was very warm and helpful. Very short wait to see him, which was extremely appreciated. They did some tests, and getting the results was nice and easy: A quick phone call. Thank you for great service!
