My repair was done quickly and efficiently. All staff I met were friendly and helpful. I especially appreciated that the interior of my vehicle was vacuumed and returned to me in pristine condition!

Excellent communication throughout the entire process with regular text updates. They finished fixing my car ahead of their estimated deadline, and even washed it! Overall it was a great experience!

Absolute pleasure to deal with, Abhs was professional and honest from start to finish with my vehicle. Even touched up the carbon fiber hood for me which blew me away, very impressed!

The worst customer service ever! The deal was to do the appraisal, fix the alignment and get me back the car until the approval and parts are ready and then I will bring it back to them to finish the job . It took them a week to do the appraisal and no alignment is fixed yet . No callbacks when leaving voicemails. I had to go myself twice to check on my car and I’m still waiting. It seems that they don’t care and they are too busy. They know my car rental is not covered by my insurance and now I don’t know how much I am going to pay for car rental till my car is ready !!Upon complaining to Bryanne Bailey the appraiser about my frustration , her answer is “ok” with a smile which equals “ whatever” to me !! Total disrespect and looking down to the costumer !!!Update : nothing got done! I had to call my insurance and move to a different shop !! So far so good !!

Somehow this was one of the worst experiences I've ever had with a company especially for repairs. I got my car back today finally after 3 long months almost 4 and first thing I notice my mats are gone, dash camera, bluetooth, and paperwork. Next is the best part, my brakes are not working as well as they did before repairs, steering wheel is now clicking, parts of the car more rusted due to being left outside in rain and all that without being taken care of, tires flat, gas empty. I expected some human decency and maybe professionalism, I wish my insurance chose somewhere else. I recommend to anyone seeing this do not use this service it wasn't quick, the updates were terrible, I was told 5 different dates when it would be done. Now my car seems more un drivable than it was without a ignition working

They handled everything just right, great job! They said 5 days and my van was ready in 4 days. A little less than estimate. Every thing was super easy for. I was treated very well.

Knowledgeable staff and they took the time to explain the repairs. I even noticed that the used headlight that my insurance ordered was a little scuffed. So the short fella with red hair offered to buff it up for ten minutes and it came out shiny! Thanks again!

I slid and bumped a snow bank last winter and wrecked front bumper and rear mud guard. Herbers helped fix the damaged parts and the workmanship was great. Also they detailed the truck which was a pleasant surprise. Thanks Herbers East!

Had a great experience with the Herbers East location. The appointment went smoothly. I was getting the live updates of the work. Derek was amazing in his job. The vehicle was detailed before pickup. Staff are awesome. The front desk lady is grumpy AF but has a good heart. Highly recommend this place. Thank you!
