Snook’s Septic Service

For pumping out a septic they were very good and prompt. Not so much for inspections. Asked for an inspection and pump out when I bought a property in 2017 but they informed me upon arrival they could not do a proper inspection. Two years later, 2019, I asked them for just a pump out due to selling the property and they informed me of two things wrong with the system that I needed to fix! I don't want to sound negative so I would definitely use them again for a pump out, but I would be cautious of asking for an inspection.

A husband and wife well organized team. This being my 6th pump-out I can say they did an extremely thorough job, more than the previous services I've used. Very friendly and knowledgeable. I will be using them next time.

Snook's has been the most amazing support for myself as a new homeowner with a pumped septic system. I have a house that is 48 years old. It's septic tank only has one lid (no confirmed) but when I called snooks to come clean it out they told me there was a second lid and fought with my husband swearing there was. She also told me that when I do dig up the second lid that I have to pay them an extra fee because they would have had to come out twice. So my husband spent days shoveling and shoveling before coming to the conclusion it's only one lid. I called a friend who's an old building inspector and he also told me it's not uncommon to have a only one lid in old houses like that. I ended up going to Affordable Septic and paid 500$ taxes in for my one lid septic and I suggest going to them since snook is charging 535 and apparently never heard of single lid septic tanks. (And you won't get attitude from Affordable Septic.)
