Caleb from Sound to Mountain provided a great inspection of the house we bought. After his inspection he spent considerable time going over the results of his inspection, advising us the level of potential cost to address some items, and answering all of our questions thoroughly. The structure of his report made it easy to read the entire report.

Sound Home and Caleb Posey did a terrific job helping us with our home inspection. Caleb was able to do the inspection within a couple of days after we'd called (we needed it in a hurry). When we needed a more detailed inspection of our pipes he was able to accommodate us and scoped the whole system out, right to the road (while I watched on video 3000 miles away!). We are now in our house and referring frequently to the comprehensive report with photos (with added detail) as we immerse ourselves in all the DIY projects he forwarned us about.
