A Divine Affair - Niagara & Destination Wedding Planners

We recently hired Jennie as both our month of wedding coordinator and also our officiant and we HIGHLY recommend her! She made the last few weeks leading up to our wedding (and especially the day of) run so smoothly and seamlessly. She was a real asset in helping us manage communications with our vendors and ensure the ceremony and reception spaces were set up exactly as we had dreamed. Our wedding ceremony was so beautiful, unique and tailored to us as a couple and we have received so many compliments on it and on Jennie as an officiant. Jennie is always calm, cool, collected, kind and bubbly. We enjoyed working with her so much!

At first I didn't want to get a wedding planner, and didn't think we needed one, but somehow my wife talked me into it. One of the best decisions I ever made.My wife and I knew from the beginning that we would want a more casual wedding, still classy and everything, but where your friends feel comfortable and can have fun. Seeing some of Jennie's other work, my concern was that she only planned super fancy extravagant weddings with unlimited budgets. When we met and discussed our options though, she had a lot of innovative ways of really making it a beautiful wedding even on my more modest budget. She was super flexible on everything, but also made sure to let us know what her experience has shown to work well. She thought of things we definitely never would have, and these details are what we remember now, a few months later.Most importantly, on the actual day of the wedding, everything (the band, food, treats table, photographer, my wife's makeup and hair, the beautiful decorations) was exactly in place and on-time without us even having to think about it. We were free to just relax and have fun with our friends and family, which made it really special instead of a stressful chore like I was dreading. She is clearly a very organized person.Can't recommend Jennie enough, and I strongly suggest you book a meeting if you're considering a wedding planner.

Our wedding day was perfect, and it's all thanks to Jennie. We were on the fence about hiring a wedding planner at first, but SO glad we decided to in the end! We were planning our wedding in Niagara from the UK and we ended up having to re-plan it all over again due to Covid restrictions. It was all very stressful!We had quite a large wedding party and we ended up having 150+ guests, but Jennie coordinated everything so well. She was so organized and helped us with every little last detail. We trusted Jennie 100% and she fully put us at ease. I don't even want to imagine what our wedding day would have looked like without her managing everything and how unorganized it could have been!We are also super non-traditional, and Jennie was so supportive of all our choices and made us feel really comfortable. Not only is she incredibly professional but she is super kind and easy to get on with :).We would highly recommend Jennie's services to anyone looking for a wedding planner!

Wearing two hats as wedding planner and officiant is a unique combination, and she somehow pulls off both flawlessly. Jennie, you are truly incredible at what you do!Our wedding was the most perfect, seamless, and stress free day. As an A-type personality I knew we needed someone to help take care of the finer details on our wedding day, and Jennie exceeded all expectations. Beyond reviewing contracts, making sure we were on the right track, and ensuring we had all the small details for the day, she was a constant liaison with our vendors and made the month leading up to the wedding so easy to navigate. She had us ask questions we would not have thought of and ensured we had everything ready with her great to do list.Our day was picture perfect thanks to Jennie’s meticulous planning and assistance setting up our details. She even made sure that when hiccups occurred they went totally unnoticed by myself and the groom. We had such a wonderful experience with Jennie Dobrucki as our officiant this May. The process and software for planning were seamless and Jennie was absolutely amazing, I can't say enough good things about her. She was extremely helpful and patient as we planned our ceremony and despite us dreading being the center of attention she managed to make the ceremony the highlight of our day. She goes above and beyond to get to know you & your relationship and had us in tears laughing during the ceremony. I was blown away by how amazing she was - if you are looking for an officiant or for any help with your wedding we can't recommend Jennie enough.

A little over 2 weeks ago, we had Jennie as our month-of coordinator and it was such a relief having her there! As a type-A planner myself, I knew that if I didn't have someone there as the point-person on the day of, I would be the person pulled aside in case of emergency which is the last thing any bride needs on her wedding day. From the start, Jennie was very friendly and professional and quickly replied even before the month-of to answer quick questions. After our transition meeting a month before the wedding, she was great with coordinating with all of the other vendors to make sure day-of details and coordination were set up. I loved how she provided a comprehensive contact list for all the vendors and key people in the wedding; this not only helped smooth the transition to get her up to speed on the wedding planning, but also was a great summary document which I could also look back to if needed and it included points that I wouldn't have thought of independently. She also included very helpful checklists of errands to do before the wedding which helped me keep on-track and organized in the little things that I needed to have ready for the day. Every wedding has little mishaps and problems that arise on the day of, and Jennie was there to take care of those issues to give me and my husband peace of mind and the ability to relax and enjoy our wedding day. The most that my new husband and I had to think about wedding coordination on the day of was just to give the OK when our allotment of alcohol ran out and Jennie confirmed with us to just get more of the alcohol. Overall, it was a pleasure working with Jennie and we highly recommend her to anyone who either needs wedding planning help or month-of coordination!

Our wedding day was as close to perfect as we could have imagined and a huge part of that was because of Jennie !Everything ran so smoothly and effortlessly (on our part) because of her. She made sure we were on time, on schedule and dealt with and managed my Italian family so well.She was so professional and did exactly what we wanted and needed. She helped with anything and everything we needed. Jennie is an absolute must have, I truly don’t know what we would have done without her or how unorganized the day could have gone without her.Jennie is the real life Mary Poppins and whenever we needed something it was just in her bag and would magically appear!Jennie did an amazing job with the ceremony, she is such a great speaker and made us feel so comfortable. Jennie is so professional and assertive and is very good at what she does. She also is so lovely and kind and made us feel so special!Would 1000% recommend her to anyone planning a wedding, and yes I said one thousand percent!
