We always enjoy our time here. Came for the leisure swim. You can also book lane swims, middle or deep end. People can enjoy the hot tub for a limited amount of time, 10 minutes. We also see many people working out in the gym, distanced and with masks on. The small warm pool is great for the little ones. We recommend this place and will come again.

I imagine for the people who work out there it's great. The gym looks awesome I'll give it that. In regards to the pool it is positively the worst pool I've ever been to. It's small and seriously outdated. It's no different from when I was a kid. There's limited space and lanes so I basically paid 6 dollars to hang around waiting to swim. The ground is so course and sharp by the time my husband, cousin and I left we all had varying stages of abrasions and cuts on our feet. I understand they were closed for renovations last summer so it's a shame that God awful flooring wasn't included in that. I certainly won't be going back until further renovations are done and I highly recommended staying away from the pool here. There are so many WAY better pools to go to. If you actually enjoy swimming this pool is not for you. This is a pool for young kids and old people not active swimmers.

Very rare for me to give a five stars but this place deserves this. Price is very good.$6 for adult and $3 for kids. The life guards look young but very responsible. One of the highest safety I have even been. Yes, you may be annoyed by them but it is their job to out your safety first.

It's an older facility but my toddlers loved the little pool. They had a bubble machine going and the little slide was perfect. Both my girls ages 2 and 4 were able to touch the bottom of the small pool plus it was nice and warm. They also seemed to somewhat enforce the use of the family change room for families which was nice to have my both parents help with changing our girls at other pools I typically end up taking the girls in with me because the family stalls are in use by single people.

I love this pool - staff are fantastic. The pool has so many different areas to accommodate the variety of folks coming each day.. You pay one price and can start by working out on deck or up top (the one downside is the lack of elevator, its an impossible climb for the disabled) then you can pop in the sauna, have a swim, (do an aqua-fit class if you time it right) wind down in the hot tub before you shower and head home.

Nice facility, rude staff. If you're looking for a good place to ruin a fun afternoon, this is your place! We've been here a handful of times with the ability to travel within the facility. For some reason, today we were told if you reserve deep end you must stay in the deep end. There's no reason why we couldn't move from shallow to deep end, there was lots of room for social distancing. The waterslide is closed and whirlpool is open for 15 and over, which she could have told us nicely instead of yelling 'hey your can't go in there'. We were told we could use the toddler pool which we did, once we were in (4 of us(capacity of 6)) we were told to go back to the deep end by a different life guard so another person could use it. The staff did nothing but flirt with each other, all giggles while misting each other with water, rather than dedicating there undivided attention to the swimmers. I'm extremely disappointed with New West and the staff at Canada Games pool. I don't think we will reserve a swim time In the future. Unfortunately.

Great place to take the kids for a swim! Lots of parking but can get busy at times. The water slides are awesome as well. They manage it well with COVID ongoing which is pretty impressive. The facility is starting to show its age.

Great facilities to swim and do other workouts in. The lighting is a bit dim and moody, but the pool and gyms themselves are spacious and serve all your needs.

I’m so happy that I can swim here. The staff are really nice. Call if you want to book. But you can only spend 1 hour there. Sauna is close due to covid. But the hot tub was really good, I like it
