Able Carpet Care & More

I called Able Cleaning and they were able to come the next day, on time. Howie did a great job in cleaning 14 vents plus dryer vent. Good job!

Able did excellent job cleaning wall to wall carpet that was grubby and stained. Wow it looks like new again! The next day I got him to pressure wash our patio and driveway. Beautiful, all the green algae is gone. Grover was hard-working, quick, friendly and did professional jobs for reasonable prices. We'd definitely recommend Able Care.

Grover showed up late and then complained about my dirty carpets. Grover, when people have dirty carpets that’s when the carpet cleaner is called. Totally disappointed with an hours work, still dirty carpets and a quote of 400$ for 2 rooms a hall and a stairway. I offered 150$ and we settled on 200$Quite a gig! 200$ an hourI won’t be able to fathom calling this company again and recommend my neighbors and colleagues don’t eitherAnd I would not accept Grover back to finish the job properly because I am positive he’s not ABLE

I have used Able Carpet Care and was very pleased with the results. They did a great job on my carpets and I also had them do my furnace and dryer vents. I would recommend Able Carpet Care to any of my friends.

My name is Linda Sarava and I contracted Able Carpet Care to clean the carpets in my home. As I am extremely fussy I expect that the carpets are thoroughly cleaned and not over wetted. The technician from Able surpassed my expectations and was also neat and polite. I can honestly recommend Able Carpet Care to anyone requiring carpet cleaning. Also they were able to vacuum my furnace vents as well. Bonus

Absolutely worst cleaners ever! We came back to find the carpet barely damp and no smell of any cleaner, though they were supposed to have cleaned all the carpet in the house. Because they were not supervised, I believe the carpet cleaner used just water and made a quick pass to mimic cleaning. The floors were still really dirty and the other house cleaning wasn't done well or not at all. We still had cobwebs hanging in the centre of doorways. Would never advise using them!

They did a amazing job on my carpets also I have pets so not a easy job great results thank you so much I definitely will use them again

Edit to my review. Barbara contacted me to do her best to rectify the situation. She has assured me that they are taking COVID very seriously and that one of the staff members involved has since been let go from the company. Future customers can now expect Able Carpet Care employees to wear shoe covers in their client's houses and that some of the unprofessional behaviors we observed will not happen again.The only good thing about Able Carpet Care was that they were available to come the next day after i called (maybe that should have been an indication!) The first issue which should have been a warning sign was their refusal to wear a mask and even said that Covid was a hoax! Then, they did not remove their shoes or wear bootie covers (seems like an issue for a carpet cleaning company!) They left water all over our floors, didn't reconnect hoses and emptied out a bunch of rubbish from their van on to our driveway!! I would absolutely not recommend this company!

We just had our carpet cleaned in our 2 beds condo by Able Carpet Care. I agreed with Grover on cash payment which he increased after he had cleaned the carpet. We paid him more! Grover brought a portable machine with him that did not remove the spots from the carpet . When the carpet dried out the spots still showed up. I was upset and called Grover. He came back with his partner and this time he used the main machine in his truck to clean the traffic" area only (entrance and the middle of the sitting room). He said that he shouldn't have used his portable machine at the first place. We are not completely satisfied with his job but glad he came back and cleaned at least the "traffic" area...Next time we will be looking for a different company. :("
