I hired this company to fix a leak in our basement. They misdiagnosed the source of the leak and ended up completing an over $2500 intervention that did not remedy the existing problem. It is now months later and we still have a leak and will likely need to hire another team this summer to fix the problem. Very unsatisfied with this company and would not recommend.

Whoever answers the phones at this company needs to find a new job. I tried returning a call Monday to make an appointment, called 10-15 times all 15-20 mins apart, but there was no answer. So the next day I tried calling again, called 5 times no answer. Called in the middle of the day just so I didn't catch them first coming in or on their way out. This time leaving a message and waiting for a response. It's now 11:30 am Wednesday. Still didn't receive and answer back. I callAnd some1 picks up. I explain what had happened with the calling situation and the man I was speaking with (Ken , general manager) suggested I look for another company. Well, Ken I will most definitely be looking for another company with the service I was provided with Capital Foundations. I strongly recommend others do the same if they stumble upon your company.

My next door neighbours hired this company. While they were working on my neighbour’s property, the people across the street witnessed the employees hit my car with their trailer. The witnesses took pictures and we all spoke to Ken, the company’s owner. Even so, the company refuses to take responsibility or admit they caused damage.In my experience, this company has been very difficult to deal with and clearly does not respect private property or own up to their mistakes. I would be very cautious about hiring this company.

While reinsulatjng we found several unexpected cracks in the foundation. Thought about repairing ourselves, due in part to some poor experiences with contractors. As we had dealt with Capital Foundations in our last house, we knew they were honest and did a great job. We definitely made the right decision again. Not only did they use one of the best products on the market, but the skill, knowledge and workmanship exceeded our expectations. I know that I will be able to sleep at night knowing it is done right.A couple of the cracks were small but went ahead with repair. The images below, tell me that the crack was far worse than it looked, extending to the outside parging. The inside pictures assure me that the crack is properly sealed.Thanks for a great job!

Hired Capital Foundation for a very tough project, after another company walked off the job. Capital Foundation were amazing. Their communication was great, and they were willing to work around around a ton of complications, for a very reasonable price. I would highly recommend these guys!

Had them do some work on my house to repair and replace some weeping tile. They hired a plumber that didn't install the sump pump back in properly and we had a massive rain fall and flooded my basement in which they refused to fix I had to go through my own insurance to remedy.

Great company very respectfully to private property and very tough workers thabks guys!!!

I had 2 extremely hard working foundation technicans from this company and they worked extremely hard and completely finished the job in quoted time amazing experience with this company would highly recommend them.will be using them again for sure
