Abby was fantastic! I wanted boots for prom, and the closest boot store is 8 hours away. She sent me pictures, found something the same colour as my dress to see if the boots would match, and tried on the boots to make sure they could fit me. Thank you for the EXCELLENT customer service. I’m so excited for my new boots :)

Interesting place for someone who does NOT farm, rodeo etc. They have a HUGE selection of things to look at and it goes on for miles with no directions to speak of. Definitely worth the visit, it was a really neat place to wander around. Ladies clothing was great, lots of cozy sweaters and they even carry Wanakome sweaters. On a side note, there are friendly dogs running around inside and out. The highway is paved up to the range road, be prepared to drive down gravel for 5km

When I was in last week I had this lovely girl named Makenna or Mackenzie, I can’t remember but I do remember the amount of help I received. Very good customer service and a very sweet gal. I will be coming back!

Can't say enough good things about this place! All the staff was helpful, knowledgeable, and a pleasure to talk to. So many styles, brands, and options at great prices. First time finding women's steel-toed cowboy boots... a bonus they fit perfectly and are gorgeous! Every time I turned a corner there was another section of western!! Will be back soon :)

The staff at Irvine is absolutely amazing and very knowledgeable. And well, go the extra mile to make sure that you are happy. The selection of saddles, boots, and apparel are unmatched. It is a great store and totally worth a drive. Regardless where you're coming from.

My wife and I invited 6 of our friends to meet for a unique shopping experience at Irvines. We spent about 3 hours in the store the staff was excellent. The ladies in the boot section made it fun and were very knowledgeable about their product. Between all of us we left with 4 pairs of cowboy boots, 2 stetsons, and some great western shirts.The choices and selections for men's and women's western wear is incredible. All set for the Calgary stampede gitty upLooking forward to our next visit.
