My father has been going to Alpha hearing centre for the past 3 years for his hearing aids and he is extremely happy with the product and the services. Mr. Ashtari is always patient and helpful and answers all of his many questions and inquiries.My father is a senior and so not very tech savvy and Mr. Ashtari helps him with a great deal of patience. He always tells us great things about Mr. Ashtari and the hearing centre. Mr. Ashtari goes out of his way to help his customers and guarantee their satisfaction. Thank you Mr. Ashtari for helping our father and we wouldn't be able to assist him with his hearing aids without your help and grace. You are amazing!

One of my hearing aids stopped working properly and I went to Alpha Hearing Centre, which is close to where I had moved recently. Mr. Ashtari was very helpful and knowledgeable. He did an audiology test, inspected both hearing aids, replaced the receiver unit in the non-working one, and adjusted the amplification. And now, I can hear well again. Highly recommended!

I visited today the hearing center and was positively impressed by the prompt and polite service. The Audiologist Mr. Ashtari showed high professionalism and excellent knowledge. Instead of immediately pushing me to buy replacement hearing aids he repaired my hearing aids. My hearing aids are really old and I will definitely go back to the Alpha Hearing Centre to purchase new set. Highly recommended to everybody!

My mother in law had an issue with her hearing aide. She had not purchased it at this business and was from out of town. It wasnt working so she took a desperate chance that Alpha could fix the problem without notice or an appointment on a Friday afternoon. Alpha, who was by appointment only not only took her in and fixed the problem, but replaced the battery and did not charge her. He did this while he was with another customer.. this is far above and beyond the normal customer service. I highly recommend anyone using this business. Thanks again..

highly standard, very on time and well mannered. Really impressed by their consultation, the audiologists went through every details and gave advice based on our fainancial situation as well . another good thing about them is they are open on saturdays as well!
