New concept does a great job delivering projects and is a very good company to deal with.

They provide great service. I deal with three other drywall material contractors and all have their strengths, but these guys not only surpassed my expectations, but also were very competitive.They are professional and they are punctual.

The staff are very friendly and the customer service is great. When the staff could not answer my more complex questions they introduced me to Dallas. I immediately knew that I could trust him and he did not let me down. He went out of his way and worked hard to help me under complicated circumstances to find some building material that was limited to find in Edmonton at the time and his pricing was great.For the building material that they don’t carry like wood" Dallas sent me to his contacts who also treated me very well. When I was a little short on insulation they went out of their way to send the material out immediately so that I am not delayed. In addition
