I had a very pleasant experience speaking with the receptionist prior to placing my online order. She assured me that there was more than enough of my item so I placed order. I picked up about an hour later and when I arrived product was waiting for me . The same receptionist helped me carry items to my car. Excellent customer service! I will definitely shop there again and will not hesitate to recommend their company.

I found this company thru a random search and figured I'd give them a try. The turnaround time on my first order was insane. From the time I hit send on the order to when the product was delivered, it was under 4 hours. The second order was the next day. I will definitely order from Sanituf again!

Extraordinary super customer service. I ordered alcohol based wipes. The order shipped within a day but was misplaced for some reason. Henry from Sanituf, remained in constant communication with me and arranged for a special delivery, absorbed the shipping charges and provided more quantity then ordered. Product is of great quality.

Product was received quickly. One of the containers of Lysol wipes had the lid off of it. I notified Sanituf and received a phone call and was told a replacement one would be shipped. Within the same day I received notice it had been shipped. That is excellent service. Very impressed

I purchased 3 containers of Zytec Disinfectant Wipes as it looked like a good product. I ended up being extremely disappointed with the product to the point that I do not want to use it. Given the pandemic they weren’t excepting returns. After arguing with them they agreed to offer me a refund of half the value of my purchase. I would have preferred a refund for the full amount given that I have no inter st in using the product. The staff were not as professional as I would have liked. I spoke to one guy who said he would give me an answer by the end of the day. Two days later I received no response. When I called back two days later the lady who answered was rude and I had to argue with her to get a refund of half the amount rather than a coupon for half the amount. Don’t think I’ll buy from them again.

Absolutely amazing service. I ordered my products (liquid hand sanitizer and a tub of 800 wipes) and I received them the same day ! I even received a call from the company to make sure my delivery had arrived on time. I will definitely be using them again in the future. The product is great too. Doesn’t smell bad like some of those other sanitizers that are out right now. 100% satisfied customer

I bought six N95 masks on Dec. 27 afternoon. I Paid an additional $15 shipping cost for next day delivery. I did not received the shipment next day. I called and emailed them numerous times. I was only able talk to a machine and no response for my email. Finally it took 2 days to receive the masks.

Very difficult to get them on the phone. I have been trying to get a hold of someone for 2 days. Left a voicemail. Still no response. Also, their responsiveness on emails is ok if you are inquiring about a purchased item. However, very bad on follow-up emails on delivery confirmation or other questions. I have been a customer here for over a year. I would expect better responsiveness of voicemails and on follow up emails.
