Very good place to bring unwanted items... Also as well you can find great deals on random things.. Everything is always in great shape.. Def recommend if you are looking to save some money.

I purchased a toy storage rack and bins that was shown on Facebook, I called and put it on hold and picked up the same day. It was not mentioned anywhere it was broken and only being held together by tape and was missing half of the bins. Sadly it was months ago and we just went to use it now so no return available. Horrible rip off and very rude to do that to mothers that come here to get more affordable things, now I’m out money and still don’t have storage for my child’s toys.

After this review was originally written I spoke with the owner who took time out to make me feel more comfortable and secure with selling, understanding why and how it came to what it did definitely helped me feel better about my experience so I've changed my review a little.I brought in 100 dollars worth of brand-new with tag clothing, skates, lol, and multiple Halloween outfits, a bunch of others and barbies and accessories etc. And didnt get a whole lot back and of course you see nothing they take until you go through your bins they give back (apparently this is not how it should have gone, just happened to be a bad day for this particular employee i dealt with) but i was desperately trying to make some money back and definitely didnt have the time to do Facebook selling, I will definitely be more cautious on what I take and don't take in. They give about 30% of what they sell the items for, so going into all that, just make sure what your bringing in is worth while for yourself. If there ever is a next I will definitely know better.

It was empty when we got there but became crowded quickly; lots of parents looking for bargains! They have so many things, sometimes it's hard to find what you're looking for. For example, they have bins for shoes organized by sizes, but you may need to bring them down and sit on the floor and go through all the shoes to find what you're looking for. Mostly clothes, second toys. They have some brand new things too, in terms of toys or activities, but too expensive. You can buy for same price or cheaper at other stores. Friendly staff and some good deals. Bought 10 books for $10 - a steal!

About a month ago I purchased the foam letters from this location and before buying asked if all of them were accounted for, the lady assured me they wouldn't buy it if they were not.Fast forward to today I start yo lay them out on the floor after being in the same bag I purchased them in unmoved from my closet to find out not only is it just random ones (not fully set) but they are also missing almost all of the middle pieces.. every time I go to this location and buy something there is always a problem.I also got him a bouncer about the same time for it to snap about a week after bringing it home but because I had no receipt or stick on it still (due to cleaning it) they wouldn't do anything about it.I am truly disappointed and wasted my money on something I can't even use, I fully trusted what the lady had told me and now can't locate the receipt anywhere and can't even use them. It seems as though they will buy any item they can and gave no worry for the customer

No signage indicating where to line up. You would think staff would be on top of guiding people then. Although we were the first ones waiting initially, 2 others were served first, because the cashier failed to communicate where we should be waiting. Then, she couldn't even be bothered to apologize when it was brought to her attention. A simple 'I'm sorry' or 'I apologize' goes a long way. Very poor customer service.

Unfortunately not impressed with this location. They are always overstocked, it is not worth selling your clothes or toys at this location. When I recently visited with a good amount of zara/h&m/gap clothes, as well as a few boxes of toys, they sent me home with most of my items. The items they did take, were purchased for about $1 per item. I would agree with some of the other reviews, that customer service at this location could definitely be improved with friendlier service. In terms of their stock, it is mostly colourful cartoon graphics and glitter or sayings on most clothing, the book section is overflowing, and the toys are mostly larger plastic toys. It would be worth it to drive to the Burlington location instead as I've never had an issue with customer service there and the selection is much better.

Awesome! Loved it. It was my first time to this store and had a wonderful experience. All branded clothes, mostly unworn are at dirt cheap prices. They also have good collection of toys, bicycles and shoes. A must visit if you have kids.

VERY rude customer service.Today was clearance of $1 items. I shopped in the section and found 2 matching sweaters for my kids. Which was in the wrong section and a worker had to track down the 4T section that was moved. One with a tag and clearance and I didn’t even notice the other had no tag. I got to check out with many items and she pointed it out. She took it to “management” (unsure if it was as when I asked she didn’t answer if she was or not). She proceeds to tell me the sweater is 6x more expensive than the other one on for $1. The same sweater, the same condition. She told me it goes by date of when it comes in. I proceeded to check out and ignore it and take both items off as it was ridiculous. Asking the cashier to show the manager and call her over so I can clarify and show they are the exact same which the manager didn’t know. As the cashier only went up and asked how much. She yells to her at the other side with attitude she wants to know why it’s priced so high. Literally acting like that was my concern not why are two items the same prices different. My friend with me I said to her “this is ridiculous it’s my fault they don’t tag and label their items”? Than the cashier smirked so my friend called her out and asked why being immature when just being genuinely curious why such drastic price differences. Than not having management come over and explain propThe cashier proceeded to loudly said “we’ll what do you want me to do cry” laughing.This is the service for just trying to understand a situation.

Worst location ever. Brought clothing in to sell. Chose maybe 15 items. Then didn't close boxes properly so they all opened when I carried each one to the car. Then proceeded to stare at me while I had to try to rush to pick up all my items back into the box properly.
