My experience!? Had none!! After Dr contacted me in regards to my medical history, I was declined!! Why?.... because I'm on t3 medication for my knees, as I'm in need of knee replacements. So, that is how patients are judged !!! My son also, whom is only 19 yrs old and on no medication was declined!!!!So really, this Dr is in no need of new patients obviously. No need of judgement over a phone call. No meeting, nothing!?

Great service and Dr Onoferson is very knowledgeable and will offer follow up over the phone or in person, whatever is convenient for the patient. She is empathetic, caring and a great listener.

Absolutely disappointed and being rude over the phone by the woman named KomalShe utterly couldn’t explain to me on why I’m the one to have to call about test results my Dr has already and not emphasized at all for my situation. The clinic is poorly run and poorly trained at the front . Do better Rasha you’ve lost more patients (my wife and I have left them and didn’t look back)Thanks but no thanks to ever coming there !!!

I have been going to this clinic for a couple of years (since it opened) and each time I go I wonder why? The staff turnover is very high - desk staff and doctors.My 'family doctor' left and I was not aware of this until I showed up for an appointment only to see another doctor. When I asked where he went they had no idea. Since then I have seen a different doctor nearly every time - one of them was sought after by police on a previous visit for questioning.They are very unorganized and each time I have gone I have waited over an hour past my appointment time. I feel a bit bad for the desk staff as they seem to get no training and patients are often understandably (from long waits) grumpy towards them.I will be looking elsewhere for a family doctor and would not recommend this clinic.

Most of the receptionists I've dealt with need a lot of communication help. You can either not understand them or they do their job wrong when making an appointment. There's one receptionist that is really good. Not sure her name.The doctor I see is fantastic! She is very friendly, comfortable and knowledgeable.The pharmacy on site is great as well. Very convenient. I needed a refill on something and I was able to pick it up that day and he said he would get my doctor to sign the prescription the next day when she is in.Location is convenient and the hours/days my doctor is in is convenient for me. Would be a 5 star for me but the receptionists need improvement.

My family doctor used to be at this clinic and moved to Transcona. The clinic advised me there's another doctor there accepting new patients, so I made an appointment to meet them. At my appointment, he advised me that he's a walk-in doctor not accepting new patients, so I was unable to refill my prescription, since it has to come from my family doctor. Without revealing my own personal medical information, I will say he also had poor bedside manner. I feel like I was mislead by the clinic and am now back at square one.

Took my 4 year old in. We saw Dr. Haji. He had great bedside manner with my daughter. Was patient and able to take her temperature, check her ears and throat without her getting upset. He had her giggling and made it fun. Doctors with the skills to treat kids are hard to come by.Wait was minimal. Was able to call ahead and add our name. Receptionist was friendly.

My wife had a appointment with Dr. Williams, well let me tell you this, not thorough with his explanation, checked her breathing, temperature, asked her 2 questions, than diagnosed her. Diagnosis was totally wrong. We ended getting a second opionion, and thank you lord for that Doctor. She had a blood pressure of 226, he checked 3 times to make sure, he sent us directly to the urgent care. They helped her within like 10 minutes. I don't think I'm being irrational, but if your trying to start a family doctor practice, you'd think you put your best foot forward in trying to obtain a new patient. Don't waste your time. The pharmacist was more explanatory. Only good thing is the Pharmacy, they do a wonderful job.

My experience is only improving in time I find the receptionist very friendly and always helpful. My doctor now 5 years is caring and very thorough in his follow-ups and abilities .

Rasha Medical Clinic is conveniently located as the intersection of Pembina Highway and Grant Avenue making it great location with lots of parking.The clinic offer walk-in and the doctors also have patients. I would recommend becoming a patient so that can be guaranteed seeing a regular physician to guarantee your appointments.At the clinic is also a pharmacy which is good as this saves time because you can get your prescriptions filled in site.As a patient, I feel that the clinic doctors are personable, and I really fell they make time for you. I was going to a clinic that took walk-ins and found that this really affected and conflicted with the quality of service as the regular patients like myself were rushed out quickly because they just churned patients to fill their quota. That is the opposite experience I had with Rasha Medical Clinic. They really care about their patients and take the time to get to know you.As a patient, Initially I had some customer service issues with the front reception but brought them to Rasha who owns Rasha Pharmacy she's very much on site, on hands and she quickly rectified the situation and with re-training the front reception. I was happy that the owner (Rasha) had paid quick attention and was able to improve the service.I would highly recommend anyone looking for a new physician to check out Rasha Medical Clinic. while you're there stop in and say hi to Rasha and let her know you're a new patient with the clinic.
