What happened to this place? Tastes horrible, overly salty, the one worker there makes it half effort all the time I go there, not enough chicken, sauce never full amount, always have to ask for more. New (hot sauce) that they have is also bad, overly salty, old one was way better. I've been to way better locations than this one. No longer going to this location.

We ordered today Lamb Shawarmas and falafel. Great food all ingredients were fresh and delicious. Hot sauce is real testing appropriately according to hotness levels. Keep up the good work.

Food taste is great service was great.Served in a good time frame. All team members are so nice. Well done really enjoyed it. I had the half and half shawarma.

Don't get me wrong, this Osmow's is just as good as any other in terms of taste. However, the quality of the service has been deteriorating as of late. The cashier was extremely friendly and accomodating, however, the food maker was rude as they handed the food. Furthermore, they put less food in then the container allows for suggesting poor customer service. As indicated in the attached picture, it appears a portion of my food is missing upon opening it. Overall, food quality was good, but quality of service was questionable.

Good quality here is so subpar. I’m shocked how much people like this place, but I guess anything is decent if you drench it in garlic sauce. Be careful with their hot sauce, it’s really spice. You’ll occasionally find cartilage or bones in your chicken so just be aware.

Bought it for takeout and found a huge hair in it. Was disgusting so I didn't eat the food. I called the restaurant and they told me they could only refund me if I brought the food back in and showed it to them with the hair in it. Such a stupid policy it was almost 11pm and I could not come back so I didn't get the refund. Horrible customer service will not be ordering from here again. Pitaland on the other side of the road is MUCH cleaner.

the server did a great job explaining my choices and the degree of spicy-hot etc...he was polite and attentive. He prepared the food quickly and packaged it to go for me. Price was really good too.Definitely will go back.

Osmow’s is good. I have no idea what’s happened at this particular location but recently it’s become the worst. Can’t remember the last time I was satisfied with my order. Either they’re late, there isn’t enough sauce (on the rocks), you ask for extra sauce to make up for the lack and it’s DROWNED in sauce (see pic), and/or the rice is mushy and disgusting.The only good part is that the guys at cash are always super nice and pleasant to talk to.

Sorry to put this out, but I really felt it should be conveyed. I bought chicken over rocks tonight and the rice was way over cooked, it was sticky and slimy.I understand it might happen sometimes, but what made the experience worse was the attitude of the girl who served me my food. She was very rude and clearly doesn’t have any skills to work in a customer facing job.The guy working there was helpful and even helped out even when he was very busy with his orders.Overall a bad experience, food sucks, even bad attitude.Stay away from this place.

I usually go here, tasted different as time went by like other reviewers here said. As of recent, I went here 2 days ago, ordered chicken on the rocks as usual. Next thing I know, 12 hours later I had symptoms of stomach flu or food poisoning.
