They provide excellent service and take ownership of problems such as issue with my vehicle not reading from the Tire Pressure Monitoring System after changing my wheels and tires with them. They took time to investigate and provide solutions to ensure these issues were finally taken care of. I recommend them.

I had a sudden and really quick air leak in my front tire before an important meeting. I Spoke with the gentleman in the garage and asked him for a huge favour to plug my tire and fill it with some air so I could be on my way. He was very respectful and quick with a yes, he got me to pull in and fixed the problem all within 5 minutes and sent me on my way, free of charge.I absolutely recommend this auto shop. Very professional and kind people working here. SUPPORT these kind of honest people trying to make a living. Thank you.

I purchased a set of winter tires and both Costco and my car dealer could not mount it on my aftermarket rims because the spokes stick out. I spoke with Kevin at Alpha Auto about my situation and he helped me out the same day. He has great attention to details and provided excellent service.

Booked an appointment to purchase and install winter tires on my vehicle 2 weeks in advance. Showed up on my appointment date and time, only to find that there was NO such appointment scheduled on their end. There were also NO tires available for me. Despite carrying the order number, confirmation email, and receipt of my deposit ($100.00), I left the appointment with no new tires or explanation as to what happened.It has been 10 days. I have received no call or email to even try to rectify this situation. I will be asking for a refund on my deposit so that I don't waste any more time at this business.

Very reasonable prices for installing mounting and balancing winter tires. ($25 each, plus $2 each for valve stems and 5% on labour for shop supplies) As with other Tireland franchises, the workers here are friendly, flexible, and honest. They have moved to a new location at 9111 Beckwith Road across from Costco. The new signage is not in place yet, but they do open at 10. You can call them to make an appointment.
